Lovely hotel, it was out of season so can't really say what it's like in summer, it's a nice hotel, staff were helpful & friendly, very clean & well maintained,my only problem was the beds are very low, as I have arthritis I found this difficult, also no hot water from tap in bathroom, we were told to use shower if we needed hot water in the sink, but it didn't bother us, I gave 3 stars on my experience, if the beds were a bit higher I would have given 4 stars.

Just arrived from Reis Maris. The cleening is made every day. New matrasses, but furniture seems to be a bit old. Not many amusement inside of hotel. The food is repetetive , but fresh and delicious , made by great chef.

We have stayed in this hotel in 2019. It was a great location, close to everything. The food is typical Western/Turkish, all very good The manager and the staff are what make this hotel such a great place to stay. So the reason for my review, We booked this hotel again for June 2021, however Covid got in the way, and our easyjet flights got cancelled. I RE--booked our flights for September. I asked if the hotel would be so kind to move my money paid, amd booking date from June 2021 to September 2021. I was so happy to get a lovely email back from them saying that was no problem, and they have changed our booking for us. I can feel this might be a regular hotel for many years to come, and we always visit Marmaris twice per year. THANK YOU ALL FOR MOVING MY BOOKING.

Lovely friendly B&B with roof pool/ terrace. I always enjoy my stay here. It’s a clean friendly hotel The staff are amazing and so helpful Love the roof pool and the casual a**osphere So near to beach front I will be back

I followed the staff from the Blue Lagoon after many happy years of return visits. The hotels may have changed but the owner and staff remain the best, most helpful and hospitable. With COVID holidays have been disrupted, raging fires, inflation and cost of living crisis all took their toll. These people will never fail you.

Были в мае 2021, когда Турция вышла с жесткого карантина как неделю. Сам отель норм, как приехали было конечно грязновато, но в наше присутствие его весь начали вычищать. В номерах 2 розетки (под холодильник, который не работал, и фен), шатался унитаз и плохо открывались дверки в душевую, кондер старенький, мы его не включали. Номер требует ремонта однозначно.... но за 4 дня что мы были 2 раза приходила уборка, нам без проблем перенесли завтрак с последнего дня на первый, интернет просто летал!!! на ресепшене угостили абрикосами и очень приятное общение с персоналом. И да, горячая вода была всегда! В целом отель оставил очень положительное впечатление, несмотря на недочеты в номерах. Расположение отличное! 2мин пешком до пляжа и близко до центра!

Отель слабенький. Если вам надо побыть 1-2 ночи , то ок , но для длительного отдыха не сильно подходит . Завтрак с 8 до 10 - если вы пришли в 8.40- вас останутся только помидоры , оливки и ядрено красная колбаса . Кофе ужасный , хуже только напитки - даже юпи был лучше. Если уж есть нужда остановиться в нем, то лучше есть в кафе рядом - там их масса с разным выбором по цене и ассортименту. Вода Горячая есть. Кондиционеры работают , но шумят как вертолёт. Лифта нет. Сейфа нет. Не видела чтоб убирали бассейн ни разу . Кровать стоит к шкафу так, что дверь в шкаф не открывается . Комнаты для багажа нет. Холодильник маленький есть. Матрацы уже следует поменять- спать некомфортно , встаёшь уставший. Постельное чистое но существенно изношенное , с дырками. Полотенца дают. О шампунях/гелях речь вообще не идёт . В холле только 2 кресла и маленький диван . Наша группа из 10 человек не смогла разместиться для ожидания… нам пришлось идти в зону для завтрака . Море рядом в 5 минутах ходьбы .

Ideal location Threadbare towels - never changed the whole week. Hole in duvet cover. Room not cleaned during stay. Had to ask for more toilet rolls. Turkish breakfast option only. No milk or fruit juice available. Decorating being carried out while we were there. Shower mixer knob not working correctly so very little water running from shower head. Very little hot water - complained on occasions and was fixed. Paint peeling badly from bathroom door. Very poor quality pillow on each bed. No Wifi signal in room. Pool and terrace not up and running
