Casa de Maris Spa & Resort Hotel Adult Only 16 Plus

I am currently staying in room 1435 for 3 weeks. I have been visiting turkey for 15 years and without question this is the best hotel I have stayed in. casa de Maria is without fault. my complements go to the management team for all of their staff. they are polite'helpful and always immaculately presented. the immaculately clean and attention to detail is impressive I can find no fault in any department . the food is definitely 5 star with the bonus of the a la Carte restaurant. I highly recommend booking casa de Maria which I will definitely do for next year. well done to all management and staff .

Hotel is lovely & I would certainly return except for concerns around one of the entertainment staff 'Hakan' who we witnessed preying on a 24 year old female solo traveller. I dread what would have happened if I had not stepped in. Arrival - Upon arrival at approx 1130pm, we were greeted by the concierge, who quickly took our bags while we checked in. Check-in was quick. However, the person behind the desk remained on a phone call while asking us to sign in, reaching us an envelope with travel guide info and a sheet with the hotel info. We got no further details other than what was on sheet, so we figured most stuff ourselves and from info supplied. We saw the restaurant area had a few guests going in and out, and one told us there was soup and bread, etc. We helped ourselves altho needed a boost in the microwave available. Room - as i was travelling with a friend, we shared a twin room. It was beautiful, clean, and cleaned daily, fresh towels daily, and beds changed freshly on our 3rd morning. The cleaning staff did a great job, and our mini bar, which contained can of coke, Fanta, Sprite, 2 tins of efes beer, 4 bottles of water, and 2 bottles of sparkling water was refilled daily. Pool area - the pool is a decent size with steps to easily access the water, which was good for those guests who had limited mobility staying there. Sunbeds I have read have caused a lot of chat about towels on early and no one on them for hours. Yes, I arrived down most mornings after 930, and all beds laid out had towels on. However, I never once had an issue instantly getting a bed. The staff only put out a reasonable amount, leaving lots of space for additional beds. If the pool boy (wearing a blue t-shirt) wasn't there, we spoke to the waiter who rang him, and within a minute or so, literally, he appeared with sunbeds. There is also a private area on the beach across the road (its that close you could throw a stone to it) with a jetty which is beautiful and I was told there was never an issue getting a bed there, we never got the opportunity to use it but I've been told the hotel guests are well looked after by one of the staff who takes drinks orders and carried them to you. I spoke to him, and he averages 50k steps daily, carrying large trays of drinks and cocktails. Food - The restaurant is spotless, and the staff are so attentive. They always remember the drink they have served you, for eg the same waiter when he seen us arrive directed us to a table, I enjoy red wine my friend white and he always had a glass ready for us without request and replaced well before it needed to be! Breakfast - cooked to order was poached and fried eggs and also omlettes made to your request while you wait. Also scrambled and boiled eggs in the buffet with beans, mushrooms, fried potato, and always lots of other bits , including cold meats and cheeses. Times 6am -10am Lunch was quite similar to dinner. Can’t fault this hotel everything is good , rooms , staff are so friendly , food , comfort , no complaints from me and would definitely be back , not forgetting the entertainment staff they were great, one satisfied customer , only bad side is waiting to go home always a night flight

Hakan and the team did a very good job , they was friendly , helpful and entertainment programs was very well organised. We eat delicious breakfast, dinner and tea thank you so much for that Bektas chef will definitely be visiting this hotel again see you Casa de Maris

A good quality Holiday Hotel with excellent Management and attentive staff . Never like to be unfairly negative but Grounds are very small , almost cramped and getting a Sun-bed after 8AM nigh this impossible, mainly due to guests unfairly reserving them with their Towels! Plenty available on beach but even this would be in doubt perhaps, as the Season develops. One real treat for me personally was being able to pay £10 per week for all UK Mainstream TV Chanel’s including Sky a sure incentive for us to revisit in the Autumn . All in all an enjoyable stay with good food , and a large comfy Bedroom. Thank you Casa

Although I love this hotel, I think they need a better entertainment team, this year’s entertainment team had no enthusiasm at all. I did like Anastasia but none of them entertained us at all, they don’t get involved enough with the guests & also this year the music was awful around the pool that was a big disappointment, as last Oct it was great, I’m going back in July so I really do hope all this is sorted out, as that might put me off going again.

I stayed at Casa de Maris for 8 days for a girlie holiday with 6 friends. It was all inclusive. The staff were great, very friendly, the entertainment team work very hard and Anastasia was enthusiastic and lovely and always had a smile on her face all hours of the day. The entertainment was good, there were activities round the pool, yoga, aqua aerobics, darts, boccia and step aerobics We loved the location of the hotel, you can walk out of the hotel by the beach and turn left and walk along the promenade to Marmaris which takes approximately 1 hour for shopping, or turn right and walk into Icemeler for 40 minutes. There also shops outside the hotel at the front. The food was great, plenty of choice, something for everyone, we had vegetarian and gluten free friend, the vegetarian was okay, but it was harder for our gluten free friend. I think the labelling could have been better. You get a free a la carte restaurant visit per holiday, which was either Turkish or a fish restaurant, we had fish and you have 5 courses, which was all very nice and in a nice al fresco setting. We loved the drink choices, premium drinks, Gordon’s pink gin, Smirnoff vodka, Schweppes tonic, bottled Coca Cola, barcardi, fresh cocktails and shots. They do great coffees and lattes etc too. We had 3 rooms on the first floor with a sea view, they overlooked the pool, there was tea and coffee making facilities, a mini fridge, which was free and topped up with beer, water and soft drinks. There were complimentary toiletries, we had an open plan style room, where the sink was in the bedroom and the shower and the wc were separate, but with sliding glass doors. There was a free safe in the room which was easy to use with a code you put in. You get beach/pool towels which you can change whenever you want. All in all we loved the hotel and everything it had to offer, we would definitely recommend it, our only gripe was the sun lounger saving around the pool, you had to be up before 7am at the latest to get a sun lounger round the pool, as everyone puts there towels out. We loved the private hotel jetty off the beach as it was chilled there, no noisy music and a lovely breeze and the sun loungers were easier to find. We had a great bar waiter who looked after us and brought drinks all day from the pool bar to the jetty from 10am to 6pm, his name was Venbi and he worked very hard and made our holiday more enjoyable.

I really enjoyed my stay. The staff were delightful and made the stay enjoyable. The quality.of food and drink was exemplary. The room was modern and functional, with a great view. The pool was good although the hotel kinda suffers from the usual ignorant guests blocking sunbeds for the whole day to allow themselves and hour in the sun...what can you do? That said, being an early riser I got the same bed daily.
