We had a lovely stay at this hotel. Like most hotels there are things it can improve on but overall a great experience. Pros: - absolutely spotless hotel. Very immaculate. - the cakes deserve a special mention. They were amazing. - the entertainment team were all great - Chavo, Kristina, Sue, Jem, Alisha and Moses. They were all extremely friendly and never stopped all day in trying to make it the best possible holiday for everyone. A special mention to Chavo who was the most friendliest chap with a loveable, cheeky side. Cons: - I have coeliac disease and unfortunately on the first morning of the holiday I was glutened. I was told they had made me a special gluten free breakfast but it had gluten in it. I spent several hours on the first day being sick. Not a great start to the holiday. Nothing is labelled in the canteen, so extremely difficult if you have allergies. I was given a late check out as re-compense but I would rather have not spent the first day ill. - the food got a little boring as the week went on. It was the same most days. There was one day when they had Mexican food and it was amazing but the rest of the time it was a little boring and not very warm. - the outdoor space is limited. There are two pools and access to the beach but not a huge amount of space. I think this is probably true of all the hotels in Marmaris. - if you do not have a sea view or side sea view room, you will end up with a room on the roadside. It is a busy road and very noisy. This is not clear when booking. We upgraded when we got here. - the fridge in the room is really loud. It was difficult to get to sleep the first night.

This hotel is amazing the entertainment staff are great, newby Kristina is lovely, all Jem, Muses, Chavo, Alisa, Sue. Food is great don't have to fight for sunbeds. Extremely clean. Beautiful landscapes around, Very friendly staff, Well worth a visit

Excellent hotel just stayed here for a week all inclusive , the food was lovely the room was really nice , staff amazing and hotel very clean inside and out ! Would definitely go again ! The entertainment was really good and the kids club excellent too ! We also ate at the Italian restaurant which was really nice and used the spa facilities again all really lovely

SUPERB HOTEL!!!! This is our second trip to Green Nature Diamond and its great as expected! Food - after trip to Egypt, food in this hotel is paradise on the plate! Rooms - clean and tidy. Entertainment - lovely animation team. Always entertaining and willing to help if you have a problem. Special mention ALISA and KRISTINA! These girls are awesome! Also SUE, JEM, MUZIS, CHAVA! Oi,oi,oi! Best hotel in Marmaris.

I would not recommend this hotel as a five star at all. The food is repetitive, your room isn’t cleaned properly at all, someone just mops your room quickly. The mini bar is just soft drinks and the room is dated and definitely in need of an upgrade. The indoor swimming pool is cold and there is never a lifeguard present. The non alcoholic options at the bar are basic and the cocktails are even more basic. The staff are creepy, wouldn’t recommend any single ladies to come here - you may get harassed. We will not be returning!

Great hotel, great food, great shopping places around. Big John from the water sports team made our holiday we all got on with him so well and looked forward to seeing him each day, he always sorted us out the best deals on activities and went out his way to make sure we was happy. Also Sue, Chavo, and Jem from the entrainment team was incredible made our time even more great and was a joy to be around. Definitely will be coming back again soon. "I LOVE ME"

Sorry but we stayed for a week only last week and Unfortunately we had very similar experience to a lot of other people In the restaurant. No free tables like a cattle market No knives & forks had to get our own .People queuing for the microwave . Snack bar food not much better . 1 person serving on snack pool bar always a long queue.Entertainment team definitely didn’t come near . Evening entertainment was diabolical for 4/5 star hotel . Fighting on the landing .Women screaming People slouched in the lobby bar at 11pm at night still in their swimwear effing & jeffing Beds changed daily . Floor not mopped once during our stay or surfaces cleaned in the bathroom but towels replaced daily . We asked for a late checkout 6pm unfortunately could only get until 4pm as we were in a sea view room 40euros. Maids were knocking on our door at 3.40pm what was that about !! At checkout I complained and the guy on reception just smirked . I could definitely list other things believe me . Definitely not enough staff for the amount of people in the hotel . Definitely don’t envy anyone going peak time . This hotel is only a 3 star I have stayed in many 4/5 hotels and GND comes No where near !! I definitely won’t be returning to GND ever .

Great entertainment staff. Lovely vibe. Accommodates to all people and families. So helpful and do there best do enhance your experience. Have booked to come again next year! Entertainment team are the most incredible team (SUE MOSES JEM CHOVO CHRISTINA) I HAVE BEEN ON MANY TRIPS BUT I HAVE NEVER SEEN A AS FRIENDLY AND ALWAYS POSITIVE AS THE TEAM AT THIS HOTEL. MY NEXT VISIT WILL BE ENTIRELY FOR THIS TEAM I LOVE YOU GUYS 🫶🏾🫶🏾🫶🏾❤️❤️🥰🥰🥰

Hotel is getting old. The bar staff can be bit more kind. However, the entertainment team is amazing and they are very professional and kind. Sue, moses chovo jem christina. The best team I have seen. They work very hard and very enthusiastic.
