The nearest bus stop is within a minute's walk, and the beach is about 3 minutes away, but it is a little far from the center of Maroochydore, where there is a huge shopping center, by bus, so it has a quiet and calm a**osphere. There are few tourists, and there are nice cafes scattered nearby, so you can relax. The rooms are spacious, bright, and clean. The furniture and appliances are simple and clean, but they are comfortable without being too sophisticated or pretentious. I enjoyed breakfast on the large balcony. Tableware and cooking utensils are provided in the right amount. There are no amenities. Instant coffee, sugar, and milk are provided. Since it is an apar**ent type, room keeping is not done every day, but once every 5 nights. Since I stayed for 4 nights, I used the washer and dryer in the room to make my own towels. There were food left out, swimsuits hanging out, and no security box, so it was more relaxed than having the staff come in every day. It is not suitable for those who want the generous hospitality of a luxury hotel, but it is highly recommended for those who want to travel like they live. The hours when the reception staff is available are relatively short and vary depending on the day of the week, so be sure to check the check-in/out times. They are friendly and efficient. I think it depends on the season, but I was impressed with the amazing value for money at around 20,000 yen per night.
