"We were given a room on the top floor with a great view and it was very clean. It was a pity that we couldn't stay for the second night. It was obvious that the owner was very attentive to this hotel. The sound system in the living room was also good, and the sound quality was very good when watching TV. This is very suitable for family travel, and you can use the kitchen to cook when you have time."

"All over nice place, the kids loved the tennis court/basketball court, nice BBQ area near pool. Be aware that some units do not have lift facility ours didn't, so it was 30 stairs. The air-conditioning was great but windows didn't have flyscreens so unable to take advantage of cool breezes, beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked, lovely big lounge but the dining table set was the higher table and bar chairs which were not comfortable to dine at especially for those of us who are of shorter status so other than lounge no other comfortable chairs"

"Nice hotel by the sea, but be prepared that the beach in the hotel is just lagoon, the sea beach is a bit far. Great breakfast, nice swimming pool. Clean room. Was nice to see kangaroos"

"The hotel itself was quite nice, and we definitely enjoyed the roof top pool area as well as the gym! Reception staff were lovely, however we did have a problem with the laundry amendments, where staff were not great at helping with! After using the laundry facilities they provided for additional cost our cloths came out with stains on them that we were not able to remove. We reported this twice and gave contact details but were never contacted. So we contacted the hotel ourselves where the manager asked for evidence so we sent photo of our stained cloths. He said there was no proof that this happened from there hotel, however I did offer to show hotel staff the physical cloths and stains when this had happened at the hotel but they insisted we did not need to. In addition to this they charge you a $100 fee when you arrive that they hold (we understand a lot of hotels do this and it’s no problem) however it took over a month for this to go back into my bank account, so be careful! Location is great, shopping centre around the corner, 50M swimming pool 15 minutes walk and great coffee shops too!"

"Only discovered the room ( room 5 ) was not serviced after checking into hotel . There were no xtra bin bags provided  Limited milk in fridge for a two day stay ( xtra was provided by dining room on our 2nd night )  One small wrapper of soap provided Only one teaspoon provided Only mirror was in bathroom  No storage room in bathroom . Otherwise everything was fine . 😃"

"The hostel has just opened for a month. The environment is clean and sanitary. The owner and his family live on the first floor. They are very nice. The kitchen is clean and spacious. The 10 ppl female dorm is very clean. The shower room, toilet, and sink all have separate doors. It is not so crowded to wash in the morning. The room is very spacious and the overall is very good. Surfboards can be rented for 10$/day. The hostel is also close to the beach. The supermarket is also close."

"My partner and I enjoyed our two nights in loea, lovely spacious room, pool and outdoor area were beautiful and great cocktails! We loved the overall calm vibe of our stay and will definitely return for our next sunny coast trip :)"

"Great room with balcony and view of the lake. Room 7. I would stay again. Unfortunately i was not aware that the Restaurant was closed due to Renovation. I would not have booked this accommodation at this time if I'd known this as this was supposed to be part of the night away with walking distance to dinner"

"Was a nice little 2 bedroom apartment which was directly across from the beach. Very easy after hours check in process. Definitely would recommend for families who which to explore the Sunshine coast as its a nice location which isnt far from major tour attractions."
