"All over nice place, the kids loved the tennis court/basketball court, nice BBQ area near pool. Be aware that some units do not have lift facility ours didn't, so it was 30 stairs. The air-conditioning was great but windows didn't have flyscreens so unable to take advantage of cool breezes, beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked, lovely big lounge but the dining table set was the higher table and bar chairs which were not comfortable to dine at especially for those of us who are of shorter status so other than lounge no other comfortable chairs"

"We were given a room on the top floor with a great view and it was very clean. It was a pity that we couldn't stay for the second night. It was obvious that the owner was very attentive to this hotel. The sound system in the living room was also good, and the sound quality was very good when watching TV. This is very suitable for family travel, and you can use the kitchen to cook when you have time."

"Stayed at Palms on Parker in Maroochydore and honestly, it felt like more than just a place to crash—it felt like a little home base. The vibe here is relaxed, social, and super welcoming. The place is kept clean, the common areas are great for meeting people, and it’s just got that easygoing energy that makes you actually want to hang around instead of just sleep and leave. Huge shoutout to the manager, Jayde—absolute legend. She genuinely cares about the guests and the place runs smoothly because of her. You can tell she’s always got everyone’s back, whether it’s helping with anything you need or just having a chat and making you feel comfortable. If you’re looking for a hostel where you can meet good people, feel safe, and actually enjoy your stay, Palms on Parker is a solid choice. Would definitely stay again."

"Was a nice little 2 bedroom apartment which was directly across from the beach. Very easy after hours check in process. Definitely would recommend for families who which to explore the Sunshine coast as its a nice location which isnt far from major tour attractions."

"Two bedroom apartment which was very spacious with lovely views of the ocean but a little tired around the edges. It’s the construction site next door which is off putting, the noise starts at 7.30am during the week, certainly not relaxing. I know it’s not the complex’s fault but a factor to think about when booking. We had a few problems, an outdoor chair collapsed whilst being sat on, our room keys kept on malfunctioning and when reset they would then cancel the other three. We had four people in the room, this caused massive problems. On the whole would have stayed again but not while construction continuing. Pool area OK but lack of loungers."

Perfect location, comfortable bed and large balcony helped make my stay relaxing and enjoyable!"

"The pools are supposed to close at 8pm. When we swim quietly in our adjacent pool at 7.40pm the lights are turned off and we find ourselves in darkness.! And Yet in the main swim Pool loads of kids are allowed to swim late night - literally screaming their heads off with no parents around to supervise. If you dont like noise and unruly kids this place is not for you. Shame as the resort itself is pleasant with the lake, kayaks and paddle boards."

The units were wonderful, very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were also very friendly and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it offers great value for money and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended."
