A little miss communication but can’t fault anyone, it was a very last minute planned stay but it was beautiful! I instantly fell in love with the apartment and wanted it as my own!

As soon as I entered the hotel, I was given a hard time just because I booked under a different name. Isn’t it okay for a friend to book on my behalf? Be sure to check out ID. The attitude is bad. When I entered the room, the floor was very dirty and dark. There was water on the ground. They were very nice and allowed me to check in early. The room they gave me was also very big. It was nice to have a spa pool outside. But the room was a pity. There is no scenery to see, and the door lock is almost broken, it is difficult to open at all... At this price, it is possible...

I stayed here again after a year. This time I booked a three-bedroom apartment. The facilities and scenery were good. The location was also very good. There was a large shopping mall nearby and the seaside trail was 2 kilometers away by car. It was great!

Great value room!

Absolutely beautiful accommodation. The view was outstanding. Thankyou. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our room was upgraded to a higher level and we couldn't believe our beautiful unit . The kitchen was great to cook in too. Thankyou again.

Everything was awesome, spacious, clean, had everything we needed eg, kitchen things from bowls to chux, diswasher detergent. Great location, to Ocean street restaurant, 5min walk to Plaza. I definitely felt at home. Thank you again will definitely stay again.

Central in Maroochydore, it is walking distance to everywhere. Rooms are well layed-out and well finished. You could live there for an extended stay (in fact, 36 apartments are lived-in and 36 apartments are short-term accommodation). The bed is comfortable, the kitchen is modern & secure car-park is convenient. The only downside is the outdoor spaces on level 1 are a bit average. I’d recommend.

What I liked: we were on the 3rd floor, and the apartment had full length windows on two sides, so the views over the city were amazing, particularly at night when the city lights up. It was very spacious and new-looking, fully equipped; king bed; smart TV that you could pair your headphones with to avoid disturbing others; TV in the bedroom as well as in the main area; the ensuite had a real door (I have a pet hate for sliding bathroom doors – so noisy!) had a large shower with hand-held shower head with good water pressure; secure car-parking underneath. Not only did it have a dining table and chairs inside, but the balcony had a large table and more chairs. Location is just great, an Italian restaurant on the doorstep, Thai to the right, café/pub bar to the left, all within 5 minutes. And just round the corner still within walking distance is Ocean Street, which has many many restaurants to choose from. Traffic noise during the day, but not a problem at night as Maroochydore does not have much night traffic. Not so good: the ensuite had no hooks to hang anything; no shower caddy so your shampoo, soap etc had to be put on the floor; the towel rails were inadequate for more than one towel. A safety rail in the shower recess would have been appreciated. Only two pillows on the bed plus cushions, extra pillows would have been better, I never see the point of cushions on the bed.

What a shame this place is not good and doesn’t live up to being a good accommodation choice. It’s in a great location near shopping, dining and the beach. It is a reasonably large unit with undercover allocated parking, which is always a plus. We lucked out however as our apartment has definitely not been maintained by the owners, assuming they are individually owned. It was not clean with a sticky floor. The owner has even scrimped on window coverings. The curtains in one of the bedrooms are far too small for the window in the bedroom so the sun streams in and you are woken up very early by the light and heat. The doonas clearly have not been washed or replaced between guests which they should be. This is a shame as the units have the potential to be a great option if clean and maintained to a decent standard.

Welcome we received was outstanding. Lovely young lady at reception was friendly and accommodating. Booking upgraded which was a pleasant surprise. Apartment was modern, clean and comfortable. Will be staying again and recommending to friends and family. Close to a great variety of restaurants. Great location.

Our ten day stay at Rhythm on the Beach was excellent in every way. Location is so central to everything. Our apartment was well equipped, serviced well, very clean and very comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful when needed. We would highly recommend it and would not hesitate to stay there again.

Recently stayed in 2 bedroom apartment! Fantastic price, close to city centre and shops- walking distance. Lovely undercover balcony and each room has aircon and ceiling fans. Couldn’t find the plates at first but in longline cupboard that look like the wall!

The view was to die for and the suite was perfect. Our room was close to eateries and facilities which meant we could walk wherever we needed to go. We were able to walk from the river to the ocean and sit by the water to have lunch. Perfect.

The room was soooo confortable A lot of space in the flat, good car park We really enjoyed our stay here ! We probably come back the next time to enjoy the pool and take a break in this peaceful place
