I did the decor and on-site management for my nieces wedding on 6/15/2024. I want to recognize Shane, who was managing the bar that night. He was so nice both to me and all the guests that interacted with him. He was also super helpful for me as I ran around replacing candles, pulling chargers and fixing chair covers. I really appreciated that he had such a pleasant attitude and stood ready to help with anything! His team of bartenders were all very nice with service+ attitudes. Shane was a shining example of what customer service should be and clearly trained his staff well. spent my entire career as an international incentive planner and as such I’ve worked with service staff at resorts all over the world. Shane rates right up there with the best of them!

Everything was perfect and the place was very nice except for the morning when staff was knocking on all doors for checkouts at 9 AM. I’ve never had that happen before I felt rushed.

The hotel was very nice, the elevator smelled funny at first when we used it. The rooms were okay not the best. Could be updated in the future. But was good for a night to sleep. The pool was amazing though! Kids loved it.

Clean room and comfortable beds. No elevator to 2nd floor, which was not a problem for us, but could be difficult for someone with limited mobility. Our room overlooked the pool, which was nice, but got rather noisy into the evening. The noise did stop around 10:30 and we were able to sleep well afterward.

It's not the newest hotel or the fanciest hotel in Marquette but it certainly checks all the boxes for whatever it is you need. Restaurant, check, Bar, Check, Pool, check, Hot Tub, check, walking distance of just about everything in Marquette, mostly check.

Wi-Fi password was wrong for entire hotel but they figured it out within 6 hours
Bed was way too soft couldn’t sleep for both of us. I’m sure its a preference not an issue with hotel
