Ryad Marrakech

Ryad calme et bien placé pour faire la visite du centre de Marrakech. Accueil chaleureux de la part de l’ensemble du personnel et note spéciale à Fatima qui a été serviable et de bons conseils durant notre séjour. Les chambres et la literie sont propres, ménage fait tous les jours. Petit déjeuner bon, copieux et variés chaque jour. Recommandation ++

Hôtel à fuir, nous avons eu 2/3 invité dans la chambre une ARAIGNÉE ÉNORME + CAFARD ! Ne vous faite pas avoir par les photos et les offres cela ne valent pas le coup du tout. - Structure délabrée, pas entretenue. - Odeur d’égout ou de fausse a l’extérieur de l’hôtel pour aller dans nos chambres, à vomir. - Notre chambre se trouve au fond de l’hôtel. - Pas de lumière le soir pour se diriger dans nos chambres. - Arrivée dans la chambre, super froide odeur de renfermée. - Chambre et salle de bain délabrée. - Téléphone qui ne fonctionne pas et pas de carte ou affiche indiquant les numéros à appeler type (room service / bagage / accueille…) - Cafard et araignée de compagnie. - Nourriture pour être honnête malgré que nous ayons eu le all inclusive nous n'avons pas préféré tenter le diable en vue des commentaires. Nous avons uniquement essayé une citronnade et un thé super chimique. Bref je préfère m’en arrêter là ya beaucoup trop de points négatif, les seuls points positifs sont le matelas et le frigo du mini bar qui rafraîchit bien. Nous en avons parlé au monsieur de l’accueil concernant l’état de la chambre ainsi que notre insecte de compagnie, il se demandait si nous n'avons pas ouvert les fenêtres ou porte durant notre séjour que cela pourrait venir de l’extérieur. Je lui ai bien répondu que cela été impossible en vue de l’odeur d’égout qui envahit l’extérieur de l’hôtel et que nous n'avons ouvert aucune porte ni fenêtre tellement que sa pue.

Amazing riad. It was great that feeling of feeling at home when you walked through the door. Perfect location, 10 minutes from Jemaa El Fna square, next to the Jewish quarter and in front of the Saudi tombs. Very calm, clean, quiet, very large room, a very good breakfast prepared at the moment and more than enough to start a day of visits. But if something stands out from this accommodation, it is the staff that works, ALWAYS WILLING TO HELP YOU. Thank you Fatima, Oussama, and above all thank you Nordin; You made us feel part of your family, always worried that we were well and advising us like the best of our friends. He is always willing to help you and guide you on what to do in Marrakech, what excursions to do and even hire them through the riad at a better price than on the street. Without a doubt when we return to Marrakech we will return to the RYAD MARRAKECH. 100% recommendable.
