"It wasn't a hotel in the traditional sense, more like a guesthouse. The basic facilities were inadequate; there was no hairdryer. The room wasn't very well-ventilated, and there was a damp, musty smell. Personally, I felt the prices in this city were a bit inflated. However, the owner's service was excellent."

"Avoid 1st floor. The loud and deep base music at night penentrated all walls and windows.
Avoid room no 18. The only window faced wire fence and back alley leading to the swimming pool, a public area. Any pool user could easily go to stand outside the windows. The advertised ”city view” is non existent
And the worse is the room is next to those air-conditioning coolers.
The hotel charged MAD40 tourist tax for one person, which doubled the amount Trip.com stated.
The location is 9min from marrekesh station. Interior amenity is good

"We had communicated through the chat how late we arrived, but there was no one, but we were lucky that other guests opened. We tried to get in touch via telephone and chat and finally chose just one room. The story is not so nice but this experience is not proportional to the rest of the stay. The riad is very well located, people are nice and a lovely lady makes a nice breakfast with self-made bread and cakes. We therefore think that the bad experience is more a unhappy of circumstances, also because we arrived when the day (ramadán) ended.
The facilities are basic, but good. The price/quality ratio is quite good. It is clean and with a good bed and a good breakfast you don't need any more. And they have made it good for us to come back to the airport with a taxi."

"We had a fantastic stay at Mohamed's apartment in the Al Ismailia residence. The apartment is beautiful, impeccably clean, and so well-equipped it felt like a true home away from home. Mohamed is a wonderful and attentive host who made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.
The thoughtful provisions like coffee, water, and cooking spices (baharat) were a lovely touch that made our stay even more comfortable. The building is modern and feels very safe, and the Gueliz location is perfect for exploring.
We would not hesitate to book again. Highly recommended!"

"I made the right choice by choosing this place. The room was very clean and I thoroughly enjoyed the private space. It gets very hot in the afternoon in Marrakech, so I returned to the riad and enjoyed relaxing in my room. After going out in the evening and enjoying dinner, I relaxed in the private garden with a hammock. The stylish staff were also very kind and fun to talk to. There are many places to stay in Marrakech, but I'm pleased that this riad was the best, better than any big hotel."
