The host is super welcoming, friendly, and very helpful! He's a great person without a doubt, he helped me immensely during my stay. Regarding the house, the atmosphere was top-notch, clean, and organized. Perfect! I will definitely return, very satisfied.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. It’s located very close to the main markets, which made exploring the area super convenient. The swimming pool was clean and well-maintained, perfect for relaxing after a busy day. The staff were extremely kind and helpful throughout our stay. A special mention to one of the receptionists who went above and beyond by providing us with some packed food as well as Moroccan shampoo and body soap — such a thoughtful gesture! Overall, we really appreciated the hospitality and cleanliness. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

L endroit est idéalement située et quand vous arrivez en haut vous tombez sur un endroit hors du commun, une petite pépite au coeur de gueliz . Un accueil très agréable et aux petits soin. L hôte a toujours un mot et une attention pour vous. Je recommande cet endroit. La chambre était très agréable et confortable . Il y a une petite terrasse très agréable. Aux alentours tout y est proche Carré Eden a 3 minutes a pieds Pleins de restaurants, café et autres . Il y en a pour tous les goûts Un hôte vraiment sympa Merci pour cette semaine

while the common areas look stunning, the rooms were a bit small and bathroom smelt funny. definitely not a 4 star. the wifi didn’t work and due to the location, our data signals didn’t work either.

Away from the city center, like a manor, it occupies a large area. But many houses are still being renovated. The appearance is very good. Internal hygiene is worrying. The homestay we stayed in Europe was complete and clean. This hotel is really African. The pots and bowls are dirty and greasy. It is almost impossible to touch. It's a little scary.

The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable, the staff was adorable, the breakfast was delicious. Unfortunately, even by paying for a luxury room, we met at the floor next to the entrance and the reception so with all the noises of the walks and coming of the other travelers. The room had no window and felt the lock and humidity. I am very disappointed because for the price we paid we could have been much better elsewhere. We asked from the first day if it was normal to have a superior room without a window and no one has ever returned to us.

Fatima Al Zehra, Omar, and Saied were especially kind, attentive, and always ready to help with anything I needed. They made me feel genuinely welcome throughout my stay. The breakfast was also very good, with a nice variety and fresh options to start the day.

The location was also good, and the staff was very friendly and nice. I already paid the cleaning fee and tax, but they asked for an additional 10 euros, so I paid 100 dirhams. I need to provide more detailed information about additional costs from now on. Thank you.
