We arrived at night at Jnane Rihane Marrakesh, was received by a lovely young man abdul(not sure of spelling)He took time to explain everything, took us to the room and our luggage. This place is a wee gem beautiful full of plants flowers its a breath of fresh air in all the heat its calming, relaxing and peaceful. You have breakfast/ meals in the gardens which is amazing and chilled. Food and service is top notch, Morrocon breakie is a great start of the day. The pool which is beside the eating with enough space between is fantastic and open all times and an amazing large space jacuzzi space which comes on regularly perfect n a big plus. I will defos come back rooms are fab, spacious n great cooling system fab showers and toilet. The cleaners do a fab job and are very kind, very clean corners all round. This Riad has a beautiful museum a room you can just chill. Staff check on you to make sure you are well, we got complementary drinks/fruits on hot days and we got a treat lunch from Riad owner which was delicious. I will defos return n tell my family n friends coz the hospitality was wonderful. Ishmael thank you ,Mami and Hend just to mention a few thank you all.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. It’s located very close to the main markets, which made exploring the area super convenient. The swimming pool was clean and well-maintained, perfect for relaxing after a busy day. The staff were extremely kind and helpful throughout our stay. A special mention to one of the receptionists who went above and beyond by providing us with some packed food as well as Moroccan shampoo and body soap — such a thoughtful gesture! Overall, we really appreciated the hospitality and cleanliness. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

L endroit est idéalement située et quand vous arrivez en haut vous tombez sur un endroit hors du commun, une petite pépite au coeur de gueliz . Un accueil très agréable et aux petits soin. L hôte a toujours un mot et une attention pour vous. Je recommande cet endroit. La chambre était très agréable et confortable . Il y a une petite terrasse très agréable. Aux alentours tout y est proche Carré Eden a 3 minutes a pieds Pleins de restaurants, café et autres . Il y en a pour tous les goûts Un hôte vraiment sympa Merci pour cette semaine

Everything is GREAT! Cute tiny Riad with all amenities and charm. The only downside is the location, which is difficult to find.

A lovely place to stay, Marrakesh Medina is a labyrinth, we are glad that the riad (Rachid)picked us from the door the taxi left us, anyway we found the place with the instructions - map, explanations that Hasna gave us, she was kind and always ready to help with whatever we needed, Rachid also helps us with transport and information, I love the square pancakes and Mouna patiently taught me how to make it. It was a pleasant stay even though we had tours everyday we just slept in the Riad. The only downside is the bad smell from the pipes in our room toilet, we think is due to old pipes, Hasna apologised and tried to fixed it. They are aware of the problem.

while the common areas look stunning, the rooms were a bit small and bathroom smelt funny. definitely not a 4 star. the wifi didn’t work and due to the location, our data signals didn’t work either.

I had a wonderful experience across all three hotels I stayed in, each offering something unique and memorable. **Hotel One:** My stay here was truly pleasant, thanks to the warm hospitality of the staff. Fatima Al Zehra, Omar, and Saied were especially kind, attentive, and always ready to help with anything I needed. They made me feel genuinely welcome throughout my stay. The breakfast was also very good, with a nice variety and fresh options to start the day.

The location was also good, and the staff was very friendly and nice. I already paid the cleaning fee and tax, but they asked for an additional 10 euros, so I paid 100 dirhams. I need to provide more detailed information about additional costs from now on. Thank you.

We had a lovely time staying at Riad dar Medina Land. Staff were fantastic and gave us a warm welcome. Breakfast was great. Great location as well, on a more hidden street but easy to walk to/from the centre and it was nice to be on the quieter side of the Medina at times. Only issue was on the first night there was a double booking so we had to stay in another riad, otherwise all good and even this situation was dealt with nicely. Would recommend staying here!
