Outstanding
GGuest UserService exemplary. Without a doubt, Michel & Ansa our hosts, went above and beyond in all they do. Our first time in a Riad ( ”home” away from the chaos of Jemma al Fna )- Michel walks with every individual guest the route to take to the Square from Riad Timila. Without this - one could easily get lost amidst the labyrinth of crowded souk passage ways.
Ansa gave us support and assistance in purchasing a Moroccan coffee table ( to be shipped ). Buyers beware - it is an arduous process of negotiation requiring 100% trust !
The Riad was complete with fabulous Moroccan arts and crafts . Remember, all Riads have steps to the different levels.
Breakfast simple and wholesome, dining outside on the sunny rooftop. Dinner available on request which is very convenient after sightseeing all day. In addition, international guests were super interesting to share dinner with.
It is important in Marrakech to take cash as many locations do not take credit cards.
An authentic Riad with very special hosts. Thank you Michel and Ansa.
GGuest UserI booked a 1 night stay at the Riad. Did not get to stay due to a booking issue from the accommodation booking agency. However, I had the opportunity to walk around the place and it was as pictured in the photos.
The place was really cosy and staff were super amazing.
Would like to give special thanks, especially to Moustapha, who took the time to help me resolve the room booking issue by searching for alternative accommodation (he had already knocked off from work by then). Was invited to have mint tea while he sorted out the room booking issue for me.
In our conversations, he also recommended possible restaurants to have lunch. Had a great lunch the next day before I headed off to my next travel destination.
Would love to finally get to stay there to experience more their warm hospitality if I ever visit Marakkesh again.
NNatasha Audina SI love the ambience, the decor and above all, the service that this riad has given from the moment we arrived until we checked out. The staff member that greeted us was very helpful and informative, and there were two night shift members who were incredibly helpful arranging our early breakfast (because we had to leave super early) and accompanied us to show the safest way to the square at the crack of the dawn. Even when we got lost on our way to the riad, the staff member also picked us up and helped us with our belongings. I would definitely recommend this riad to friends or family who want to make a trip to Morocco, especially Marrakech!
GGuest UserStaying at Riad Dada Messouda & Spa was truly one of the highlights of my trip to Marrakesh. From the moment we arrived, every staff member made us feel incredibly welcome almost like being part of a family. Everyone was so warm, kind, and genuinely helpful. One staff member, in particular, felt like a friend from home so caring and attentive.
Even when we had to leave early at 7:00 AM for a tour, they kindly prepared breakfast just for us. I also asked for help a few times, like cutting a honeydew melon, and they always went the extra mile with a smile. You can really feel that they put heart into everything they do.
The riad itself is stunning full of Moroccan charm and beautiful traditional design. The room and all the common areas were very clean, tidy, and well maintained. Everything felt fresh, peaceful, and comfortable.
I chose this place because I wanted to experience something truly local and authentic, and it completely exceeded my expectations. It’s not just a hotel it feels like home.
Highly recommended for anyone visiting Marrakesh!!!
GGuest UserPlace is nice and clean, staff was also very helpful.
However, do note that the address is not the actual address of the riad. I am travelling alone, and only booked this riad because it was right beside where my friends are staying. I only found out when I arrive that it is a 4-5mins walk from the actual address stated on trip.com. Which was very misleading and they should update the correct address. Kudos to the staff who was very nice to walk me out many times, as I prefer to have someone walk me in the early mornings, and at night. Provided water, and also very helpful and friendly.
Another issue I had was that I arranged an airport transport to pick me from the airport, and was told the driver will be carrying the hotel sign with my name. I could not find the driver and panicked, again because I was travelling alone. I had to call the riad to realise that the driver was not carrying the correct sign, but another name similar to Riad Dar Massai, and did not have my name on it. Which was honestly impossible for me to recognise which is my driver. The sign should be made clear to guest first time in Marrakesh to just show ”RIAD DAR MASSAI + name of guest”.
Finally, the aircon was great, but blankets were really thin. I know they provided extra blankets but I did not use it. So I am very cold at night.
Apart from the few drawbacks, it is overall a beautifully designed Riad, I actually really loved the interior architecture, and the rooms are clean and spacious, showers are hot and nice.
GGuest UserActually is a nice hotel but lack of maintenance, I booked 2 rooms with my family… my shower room, the water was leaking into my bedroom…
And it seems the hotel really lack of maintenance… the aisle, the wall and the cleanliness…
And the bad thing was… the staffs and the lady manager argued with my wife about umbrella 😖😖😖
Need more training 🥴
And the scrambled egg ham and cheese breakfast so bad taste 😣😣😣
The hotel no air con during the winter… air con only when summer time… and we have to open the window to get the air cool and the noisy sound outside the window makes us couldnt sleep well…
Idk why Christiano Ronaldo want to be the partner of this hotel…🙄🤥🤪🙄🤥🤪

GGuest UserWhat a beautiful Riad! My daughter and I loved it here, the staff were helpful and friendly, the pool was beautiful and surprisingly warm and the traditional decor was stunning. We stayed in the Casablanca suite which was beautiful, especially the copper bath (only slight downside was that the WiFi didn’t work up there)
It was around a twenty minute walk, down a labyrinth of alleys, to the main square but that wouldn’t put us off staying here again - as everything else was perfect!
Ssergi000The riad is beautiful, with a lovely rooftop terrace. The breakfast was not only plentiful but also delicious, and the customer service was even better. They welcomed us late without any problem, and the following day they let us leave our backpacks all day without any fuss; on the contrary, they were very kind. A 10/10 riad, and a special mention to Hassan, who was incredibly kind to us.
TTOMOMII found this when I was looking for an all-inclusive hotel with a bathtub.
It took about 20 minutes by taxi from the city by 80MAD.
The taxi from the hotel to the city is 150MAD.
There is also a hotel shuttle bus to the city, but one way is one person 15MAD, the time is also decided, and the reservation is filled on the day, so we recommend using a taxi.
The staff at the bar counter and restaurant were all very friendly and the work was very friendly.
Amenities are not all slippers, toothbrushes, bathrobes, etc.
Also, since the power supply is European specification, I bought a transformer at 80MAD at a shop in the hotel.
The restaurant venue was buffet style for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and all the wine was white, rose and red.
From the Japanese sense, this facility and service cannot be available at this price, so if you have room for the schedule, I recommend staying once.
GGuest UserAll the staff members at this hotel were wonderful and helpful, however the hotel did not live up to my expectations. It was located near a construction site and I did not feel safe venturing out after dark to look for food. So I skipped dinner and paid an additional fee for breakfast, which made me feel queasy the rest of the day. The TV did not work and the light switches were confusing. After breakfast, my room key stopped working and I couldn't get into my room. Luckily there was a maid in the hallway and she left me in. My room had a kitchenette with a sink and cabinets but wasn't even stocked with a plate, utensils or even a glass. I bought some crisps and a soft drink in the convenience store on site, it would have been nice to have a plate and glass. The hotel where I stayed for the previous two nights was much better appointed, in a better location and much cheaper. Getting a taxi to and from there was challenging and frustrating.
