Outstanding
GGuest UserOur stay at Riad Ksar Agdid was truly special, and it felt much more like being welcomed into a warm home than staying in a hotel. Traveling with children can sometimes be challenging, but here everything felt easy and comfortable. The riad has a calm, cosy stylish atmosphere where both adults and kids can relax, and we immediately felt safe, cared for, and at ease.
What made the experience unforgettable was Raschida. She is a true gem of this place — incredibly polite, attentive, and genuinely kind. She has a natural way of making you feel looked after without ever being intrusive. Her cooking and especially mint tea is delicious! The knowledge of Marrakech is impressive, and her recommendations were always spot on, helping us discover wonderful places we would have never found on our own. It felt like having a trusted local friend guiding us through the city.
Thanks to her and the overall atmosphere of the riad, our family stay was not just comfortable, but full of warmth and beautiful memories. We would return without hesitation!
GGuest UserI booked a 1 night stay at the Riad. Did not get to stay due to a booking issue from the accommodation booking agency. However, I had the opportunity to walk around the place and it was as pictured in the photos.
The place was really cosy and staff were super amazing.
Would like to give special thanks, especially to Moustapha, who took the time to help me resolve the room booking issue by searching for alternative accommodation (he had already knocked off from work by then). Was invited to have mint tea while he sorted out the room booking issue for me.
In our conversations, he also recommended possible restaurants to have lunch. Had a great lunch the next day before I headed off to my next travel destination.
Would love to finally get to stay there to experience more their warm hospitality if I ever visit Marakkesh again.
GGuest UserAmaizing gem of a place. Profesional but friendly staff at every corner. The breakfast staff could not do enough for us and so were the reception staff, all of them were so attentive and friendly. The room cleaners left the bedroom spotless everyday. We had a Hammam massage to die for. The two masseurs were so good, that I have to give them 10 out of 10. I had a good few massages in my life, but NEVER one that can equal the one we had the other day. The Facials were 10 out of ten. Nothing absolutely nothing we can find fault with, the only thing I'm disappointed with is myself, as I can only remember the name of one member of staff Abderrahim the night receptionist, but they were many others both female and male that took so much pride in their job. We will definitely be back to definitely have another Hamman . Best hotel by far in the last 5 years. I'm sorry I cannot post more photos.
RRob Hamish JohnstonThis is a fantastic Riad, located in a quiet alleyway, off of the main medina in vibrant Marrakesh. I had a lovely time staying here - it felt so intimate, attentive and personalised. There are only seven rooms, which created an incredibly calming atmosphere, especially needed after a day navigating the endless souks of Marrakesh! The breakfast being included in the price is a wonderful touch - and it was absolutely delicious - freshly made each morning and served beautifully. The interior design of Riad Tahyra is a spectacle - the intricacy of the tiling, plasterwork and wood carving was a marvel to behold and truly elevates the Riad above others in the surrounding area. The staff were always friendly, despite the language barrier, and made me feel at home. If you’re looking for a competitively priced Riad to base yourself at in Marrakesh then I would highly recommend Riad Tahyra! 🇲🇦
GGuest UserThis is an exceptional Riad, I would highly recommend anyone thinking of visiting Marrakech to stay here. The Manager Hassan and his very friendly staff were amazing, thanks so much !
The Riad was really authentic and clean, a great terrace and fantastic building.
Location is ideal, just a short walk from Place Des Ferblantiers where you take a taxi if you so wish. El Badi Palace is a short walk from the Riad.
The breakfast was delicious, freshly squeezed orange juice, breads and great coffee amongst our favourite.
A fantastic stay.
Thank-you 😎
GGuest UserI chose this riad because it had high reviews, and it was just as wonderful as the reviews said. The rooms and courtyard were artistic and relaxing. The food was also delicious, and although dinner was an additional charge, the tajine pot had a simple home-cooked taste and was very tasty. Furthermore, the owner and staff were all friendly and kind, so I was very satisfied. The homely atmosphere was soothing, and it was the first time I'd ever had such a difficult time checking out. I'd definitely like to visit again.
霍霍Good location in the old city
The hotel is a traditional Moroccan architecture very special
The owner and service staff are very friendly
The breakfast is simple but it tastes good, especially the homemade orange jam and orange juice, as well as various cakes
The only thing to improve is some hotel facilities such as loose faucets
GGuest UserThe location was also good, and the staff was very friendly and nice.
I already paid the cleaning fee and tax, but they asked for an additional 10 euros, so I paid 100 dirhams.
I need to provide more detailed information about additional costs from now on.
Thank you.
AAnonymous UserIt wasn't a hotel in the traditional sense, more like a guesthouse. The basic facilities were inadequate; there was no hairdryer. The room wasn't very well-ventilated, and there was a damp, musty smell. Personally, I felt the prices in this city were a bit inflated. However, the owner's service was excellent.
