GGuest UserI recently stayed at this hotel and had a disappointing experience with the front desk staff, specifically the two girls on duty during my check-in at 9 PM. Despite my reservation, I had to wait over 30 minutes for a room, which turned out to be different from the one I booked. Despite informing them of our anniversary, the staff's response was unhelpful. The initial room's view was changed without acknowledgment, and the alternative offered was worse. Only after speaking to the manager ( it's worth noting that the manager I spoke to was exceptionally friendly and understanding) did we receive a better room, but it still wasn't the one we booked. The lack of consideration for our special occasion made it a frustrating experience overall.

MMo Osmanthe hotel was amazing, I could not fault it, however Trip.com are complete and utter dishonest thieves that do everything to miss sell. We were charged for a room for 3 people, when we arrived at the hotel it was only booked for two people (despite the fact that they confirmed and charged me for 3 people).
Trip.com tried blamed me for booking the wrong room, I showed them the confirmation according to their own website and the confirmation sent to me stating 3 people. Then they said it was the hotels fault, again the hotel showed me the confirmation that they sent to the hotel, it Wass for two people.
The hotel fixed the problem the following day at no extra charge, while Trip.com proceed to deny doing anything wrong.
Long story short, they refused to refund me for the mistake, insisting it was my fault and the hotels fault. They are disgusting and are a bunch on criminals operating out of china and know they can't be touched. Scum

MMĂśtley NĂźFCFirst off, the location was great, a lot of choice for breakfast, nice swimming pool and big/clean room. Most of the staff were actually very helpful, just the last night left a sour taste in my mouth.
I would highly recommend this hotel, but believe some staff should know better what other parts of the hotel were doing and how to speak to guests. Technically, a solo traveller, but my friend was staying in another room. Every day we were given 1 large complementary bottle or water and 2 small bottles.
However, on the final night, my friend received, but I didnât. This was fine and I just politely mentioned it to reception. Bearing in mind thereâs not many local shops to get water from, I was glad when I was told this would be rectified.
1 tiny bottle was left in my room, so I rang reception to explain, this is where things got a bit rude and I was surprised at having to âfightâ for a bottle of water - especially because this isnât a cheap hotel. I was redirected to room service, who tried to charge me and then said itâs a housekeeping issue. Then spoke to reception again and then basically called me a liar when I said that Iâd had free complimentary water every day.
The lack of water didnât really bother me, it was that I was sent around in circles and then rudely told I was wrong, even when I pointed out that Iâd received water 3-days in a row. After about an hour trying, and very very thirsty, housekeeping - who were very friendly btw - dropped off 4 small bottles of water. If it were a housekeeping issue, I couldâve been told this from the start and there wouldnât have been an issue.
All that being said, I actually really enjoyed my stay at the hotel and in Marrakech itself.

LLoubThe service upon arrival was excellent: even though I arrived at 8:00 AM, I was able to check in immediately and leave my belongings until my room was ready. That evening at 8:00 PM, I parked in front of the door, and the valet neatly brought my car to the garage.
I even received a suite upgrade: a separate living area, a kitchenette, and a spacious bedroom with underfloor heating. Room service was excellent, and the hotel's location on M Avenue is ideal, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby.
On the downside: the pool could use some improvement. There were few loungers, some covers were torn, the water was cold, and the edges felt a bit slimy.
This place really needs renovation.
All in all, a pleasant stay with good service and a great location, but the pool needs attention.

Rromeogolf93My first time for me and my wife with the 2 kids to try All inclusive Hotel. This serves to commend on the excellent service rendered by your friendly hotelâs staff during our stay from 5 February through 9 February 2025. The room allocations were done with effortless ease as we arrived there. The Superb Facilities start from Warm Swimming Pool, Aqua Park, Footbal Field, Tennis Court,Basketball Court, Mini Golf, Table Tennis, Kids Playground. And also standing applause for All of Entertainment teams. The chambermaids did and outstanding job in ensuring that the rooms were in order and cleaned. Additionally, the buffets served for breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack time were highly sumptuous as we had a hearty time indulging in the array of varieties. Thankyou, we will definitely come back to this hotel.

GGuest UserWhen I went to the place shown on Google Maps, I had to go down a very dark and narrow alley for about 5 more minutes.
It's a good thing I chased after the local who asked for a tip.
When I got there, the Riyadh staff were so pretty and friendly.
The man is very kind.
The accommodation was very pretty and nice.
Breakfast was good too

TTOMOMII found this when I was looking for an all-inclusive hotel with a bathtub.
It took about 20 minutes by taxi from the city by 80MAD.
The taxi from the hotel to the city is 150MAD.
There is also a hotel shuttle bus to the city, but one way is one person 15MAD, the time is also decided, and the reservation is filled on the day, so we recommend using a taxi.
The staff at the bar counter and restaurant were all very friendly and the work was very friendly.
Amenities are not all slippers, toothbrushes, bathrobes, etc.
Also, since the power supply is European specification, I bought a transformer at 80MAD at a shop in the hotel.
The restaurant venue was buffet style for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and all the wine was white, rose and red.
From the Japanese sense, this facility and service cannot be available at this price, so if you have room for the schedule, I recommend staying once.

SSchaalBI really like this hotel, the rooms are really well appointed with air conditioning or heating and efficient internet. Professional and pleasant staff, restaurant and swimming pool at the top. The best location in Marrakech, in the heart of the Hivernage district. To do and redo for a price much lower than all the other hotels in the surrounding area.
