MMounssefFrankly, I've been disappointed with Sofitel's service these past few months.
I've noticed that the staff is constantly changing, so since I've been a customer since 2004, every time I check in, I encounter new people who don't know the person, who don't know what room I'm getting, so that disappoints me a little, unlike before, when every time I checked in, I always received good service, unlike today, when the staff behaves in a borderline manner, you're a customer like any other. While the main reason I come to Sofitel and not other hotels is the service.
I think it's time to change the Sofitel and go to the Fairmont or Mamounia since the prices are the same.

MMo Osmanthe hotel was amazing, I could not fault it, however Trip.com are complete and utter dishonest thieves that do everything to miss sell. We were charged for a room for 3 people, when we arrived at the hotel it was only booked for two people (despite the fact that they confirmed and charged me for 3 people).
Trip.com tried blamed me for booking the wrong room, I showed them the confirmation according to their own website and the confirmation sent to me stating 3 people. Then they said it was the hotels fault, again the hotel showed me the confirmation that they sent to the hotel, it Wass for two people.
The hotel fixed the problem the following day at no extra charge, while Trip.com proceed to deny doing anything wrong.
Long story short, they refused to refund me for the mistake, insisting it was my fault and the hotels fault. They are disgusting and are a bunch on criminals operating out of china and know they can't be touched. Scum

MMĂśtley NĂźFCFirst off, the location was great, a lot of choice for breakfast, nice swimming pool and big/clean room. Most of the staff were actually very helpful, just the last night left a sour taste in my mouth.
I would highly recommend this hotel, but believe some staff should know better what other parts of the hotel were doing and how to speak to guests. Technically, a solo traveller, but my friend was staying in another room. Every day we were given 1 large complementary bottle or water and 2 small bottles.
However, on the final night, my friend received, but I didnât. This was fine and I just politely mentioned it to reception. Bearing in mind thereâs not many local shops to get water from, I was glad when I was told this would be rectified.
1 tiny bottle was left in my room, so I rang reception to explain, this is where things got a bit rude and I was surprised at having to âfightâ for a bottle of water - especially because this isnât a cheap hotel. I was redirected to room service, who tried to charge me and then said itâs a housekeeping issue. Then spoke to reception again and then basically called me a liar when I said that Iâd had free complimentary water every day.
The lack of water didnât really bother me, it was that I was sent around in circles and then rudely told I was wrong, even when I pointed out that Iâd received water 3-days in a row. After about an hour trying, and very very thirsty, housekeeping - who were very friendly btw - dropped off 4 small bottles of water. If it were a housekeeping issue, I couldâve been told this from the start and there wouldnât have been an issue.
All that being said, I actually really enjoyed my stay at the hotel and in Marrakech itself.

- room/ hotel was aesthetically pleasing
- tv in the room was modern, so you could mirror your phone and watch films you have downloaded.
- staff speak many languages and were really helpful and friendly. They were always smiling.
-Bed was nice and comfy
-Spa treatment was lovely!
- the hotel is filled with everybody Ronaldo and my fiancĂŠ loved it!
- near to mall and many food restaurants in your doorstep
Cons
- we saw a small amount of ants in the room near the bathroom sink but couldn't locate where they were coming from. After I corned the area I don't recall seeing any again.
- Breakfast was nice but if you don't like egg, like my fiancĂŠ, it wouldn't be as nice for you. Unless you eat cereal etc. But there was a few options there to choose from. My fiancĂŠ is just very picky and too used to the continental breakfast in the UK.
We plan to return

MMINI often make mistakes with the resort hotel of the same name next to it. This one is good, the other one is bad, but the price is also very different. You can choose according to your needs ... but there are many surrounding hotels.

This serves to commend on the excellent service rendered by your friendly hotelâs staff during our stay from 5 February through 9 February 2025. The room allocations were done with effortless ease as we arrived there. The Superb Facilities start from Warm Swimming Pool, Aqua Park, Footbal Field, Tennis Court,Basketball Court, Mini Golf, Table Tennis, Kids Playground. And also standing applause for All of Entertainment teams. The chambermaids did and outstanding job in ensuring that the rooms were in order and cleaned. Additionally, the buffets served for breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack time were highly sumptuous as we had a hearty time indulging in the array of varieties. Thankyou, we will definitely come back to this hotel.

GGuest UserWhen I went to the place shown on Google Maps, I had to go down a very dark and narrow alley for about 5 more minutes.
It's a good thing I chased after the local who asked for a tip.
When I got there, the Riyadh staff were so pretty and friendly.
The man is very kind.
The accommodation was very pretty and nice.
Breakfast was good too

TTOMOMII found this when I was looking for an all-inclusive hotel with a bathtub.
It took about 20 minutes by taxi from the city by 80MAD.
The taxi from the hotel to the city is 150MAD.
There is also a hotel shuttle bus to the city, but one way is one person 15MAD, the time is also decided, and the reservation is filled on the day, so we recommend using a taxi.
The staff at the bar counter and restaurant were all very friendly and the work was very friendly.
Amenities are not all slippers, toothbrushes, bathrobes, etc.
Also, since the power supply is European specification, I bought a transformer at 80MAD at a shop in the hotel.
The restaurant venue was buffet style for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and all the wine was white, rose and red.
From the Japanese sense, this facility and service cannot be available at this price, so if you have room for the schedule, I recommend staying once.

SSchaalBI really like this hotel, the rooms are really well appointed with air conditioning or heating and efficient internet. Professional and pleasant staff, restaurant and swimming pool at the top. The best location in Marrakech, in the heart of the Hivernage district. To do and redo for a price much lower than all the other hotels in the surrounding area.
