The environment and facilities are good. It was very strange to have a travel agent at the front desk of the hotel. When I checked in on the first day, I was introduced to the agency reservation program. After hearing about it, I said thank you and didn't ask for a reservation. When he saw me the next day, he asked me why I didn’t come to him to book a project and asked me to apologize to him? ? ? What's the meaning? ? Other service staff are not very enthusiastic either.

The pictures when looking this hotel does not do the hotel justice. it was absolutely beautiful and stunning, the staffs were amazing and soo friendly. I am definitely coming back again

Très bel hôtel, avec de bonnes installations, la nourriture est très bonne.le service animation est top niveau : Siimon, Nourdine, Joseph top Le seul problème est le pourcentage que prend l'hôtel sur toutes les sorties, même le taxi.

This hotel is undoubtedly the worst I've ever experienced. There's absolutely nothing positive to say about it. It's in dire need of a complete overhaul—outdated and worn-out doesn't even begin to cover it. The rooms are dreary, and the food is downright terrible. Adding insult to injury, its location is utterly dismal—completely isolated with no other dining options in sight, and forget about finding alternative taxi services. I wouldn't even think of staying here again. The snack bar? Don't even get me started—it's just recycled food from lunch, and the sun loungers are nothing more than uncomfortable plastic chairs with no cushioning. How this place managed to snag a four-star rating is beyond me—it's a complete delusion. And don't even expect anything different from their response to this review—it's bound to be the same old generic reply they give to all the other negative feedback. It's truly telling of the hotel's standards.

Je ne compte plus mes séjours au Marrakech Ryads parc and spa, toujours aussi agréable de venir avec le soleil et d’être bien accueillie par le personnel, surtout l’équipe d’animation Joseph,Simon,Yassine,Nourddine, Imane, et le reste de l’équipe qui font un travail extraordinaire du matin jusqu’au soir avec le sourire. Wouldn’t recommend. Firstly it’s in the middle of nowhere so you’re forced to take a taxi everywhere and there’s no shops, restaurants or attractions nearby. The room was ok but there was a massive spider web with a spider still in it next to my bed, clearly the room wasn’t throughly cleaned (if cleaned at all) before we checked in. The fridge didn’t work properly so we were forced to drink lukewarm water in 40 degree heat, there was also water bottles from previous guests still in the fridge, which we originally tbh ought had been left for us until realising they were open and half empty! The hotel grounds is massive so it’s very easy to get lost. There was more than one restaurant but only one was open while we were there, the food was very far from great. Most days I just had to pick at things so I wasn’t starving through the day. The one day we went for breakfast a lot of the stuff had run out so that was annoying. The snack bar wasn’t open at the advertised times so on a day where we missed lunch because of being at an excursion, we had to starve until dinner! The cocktails were pre made and awful, not authentic and nothing like what we’ve had in London. The bar closes at 11/12 so if you want even just some water to cook yourself down, this wasn’t an option because they were closed! When we checked in there was nobody to help with our bags which I think is a standard service in most hotels and the hotel rep wasn’t interested in being helpful once he realised we weren’t gonna buy excursions from him

Si estás pensando en reservar una estancia en este Hotel, quizás quieras reconsiderarlo. Mi experiencia reciente allí fue lejos de ser agradable, principalmente debido al pobre servicio al cliente. El gerente fue despectivo y poco colaborador, estableciendo un tono de indiferencia que se extendió por todo el personal. El hotel en sí también dejó mucho que desear con sus habitaciones descuidadas y las instalaciones defectuosas. Basado en mi experiencia, no puedo recomendar este hotel y sugiero buscar en otro lugar para disfrutar de una estadía más placentera.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à ryad park et spa. Très belle endroit plein de petit ryad pour les logements, le personnel et très sympathique et très attentif à notre confort, ils font tous un travail formidable pour que nous passions de bonne vacance. Le buffet et varié et tres bon. Si nous avons la possibilité nous reviendrons. Juste pour la salle de bain une douche serait un peu plus adapté.
