ALERTE PUNAISES DE LIT Nous avons séjourné dans ce Riad en novembre 2023 et avons subi une infestation de punaises de lit. Après nous avoir accusés d'avoir ramené nous-même les punaises de lit dans son hébergement (difficile à croire lorsque plusieurs cadavres sont déjà présents sous le matelas et derrière la tête du lit le lendemain de notre arrivée), le propriétaire a cherché à acheter notre silence avec une remise commerciale pour un prochain séjour, qu'il ne nous a finalement pas accordée. Je regrette simplement de m'être laissée tenter par cette remise et de ne pas avoir alerté les autres utilisateurs plus tôt. Il faut dire que pour le reste, le personnel du Riad est très accueillant et professionnel. Une attention plus particulière doit être apportée au ménage et le propriétaire devrait se remettre en question.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au Riad Hermès! Le personnel est accueillants, à l’écoute et souriants! Les dîners et petit-déjeuners sont délicieux! La chambre était très agréable! Et la terrasse avec la piscine est très agréable! Nous le recommandons vivement!

Très joli cadre, calme, la terrasse/rooftop est aussi très agréable ! Le personnel est très sympa et le patron nous a expliqué tout ce qu’il y avait à visiter dans les alentours en nous montrant sur une carte comment s’y rendre ! C’est top ! En plus le Riad est très bien placé dans la médina.

Séjour très agréable dans ce petit Riad, au calme et bien placé. La chambre était un peu petit mais bien agencée, avec tout le nécessaire. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et très bon. Nous avons pris qu'un seul repas au riad, mais celui ci était bon.

Tout était parfait! Riad calme au cœur de la Médina. Personnel accueillant, au petit soin. Un grand merci à Mohamed pour sa gentillesse. De plus cuisine excellente préparée avec des produits frais. Nous recommandons, le Riad était bien situé, propre avec un personnel adorable. À la prochaine fois, merci !

Super accueil. Le personnel est au top et très gentil. Ils travaillent en famille et vous conseillent très bien sur les activités à faire selon la durée de votre séjour. Le riad est très propre, le couscous est excellent et les prestations sont de qualités. Sans aucun doute, nous y retourneront.😊😉

Very pleasant staff ! Breakfast included. Very nice bedroom. Nice space with a swimming pool on the rooftop. Close to Jeema El Fna square, but no noise in the street.

Estupendo trato y atención por parte de todos, especialmente Mohamed, siempre disponible para aclararnos dudas, aconsejarnos rutas y zonas a visitar. Los desayunos exquisitos, la deliciosa cena y el mejor té que hemos probado en Marrakech.

Superbe accueil de Nicolas et son équipe au Ryad hermes! Le ryad est superbe, en plein centre de la medina à 2 pas du souk et de la place! N'hésitez pas à manger au Ryad, la cuisine y est délicieuse après un thé à la menthe sur le rooftop avec sa piscine!
