The hotel was great, unfortunately pretty far away from everything, things are not walkable. The room wasn't as nice as we expected but was fine, would have loved a fridge or something in there to keep our water cold but the manager did keep a bottle of wine In their fridge for us
Despite the location the hotel did provide a number of their taxi friend, as reliable as he was he did charge alot compared to the yellow taxis which you could barter with
Breakfast here was amazing and the staff and management were wonderful and couldn't help enough!!
Alot of taxis didn't know if the hotel so we did have 2 taxis go the wrong way initially and then charge us more for their mistake
The hotel was quiet when we were there but it was lovely very relaxed

Tres bon séjour. Le staff était gentil et aimable, la chambre propore et confortable. Endroit tres calme. Toute une petite remarque de préférence de mettre un réfrigérateur dans la chambre.

Une expérience merveilleuse, la villa est superbe, très proche du centre de Marrakech et le personnel adorable. Nous avons commandé plusieurs plats et la cuisine était délicieuse, rien à redire concernant la chambre qui était parfaite. Un séjour inoubliable ! Vous pouvez foncer. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter si nous repassons à Marrakech.

Very weird and strange place. Absolutely no atmosphere. It it a hotel? Is it a B and B ? Are we some sort of guest in someone’s villa? Far too far out of the city, taxi’s rip you off , they have some arrangement with the hotel whereby you pay at the end of your trip and its extortion . It was very cold especially at night and we repeatedly asked for the heater in the bathroom to be fixed and although the manager/receptionist/owner not sure who he was said he now had it working, he never did. Breakfast is very nicely presented but there is no choice and it’s the same every single day.. omelette, omelette, omelette, omelette . Nobody ever asks would you like more coffee, would you like a drink… just very very very weird….
