Very friendly, but that alone is not enough. Some errors caused it to leave a day early. It doesn't seem to me that those responsible for the space are aware of the condition of the place. Even though I tried to devalue some situations, I didn't feel at all comfortable in a space with a shared bathroom/shower and no lock. Without a soap! Dirty and with sheets that were crumpled and were no longer white, towels that were dingy from lack of bleach! The photos have nothing to do with reality. Breakfast very weak. Unfortunately this is the first time I have made a complaint for this reason. I hope they improve in the future as I believe that it is not the customers who should point out what is wrong when they spend the night in someone else's 'house'. Those responsible should naturally take this care.

The front desk service is enthusiastic and the hotel facilities are outdated. The hot water faucet is not working properly.

Very good accessible hotel service

I’m very dissapointed in this hotel, a very dated building and room, dirty floor with no carpets as showing on the pictures, and even had dirty sheets for the bed, it had traces of dirt from the dust and even body hair from another person who probably did stay in the room earlier. Either way, it was not clean. The AC in the room was not that strong so i was freazing most of the night, another one did also stop working in one of the other rooms during the night. I did complain to the staff and at least they were nice towards us, they did what they could to bring us clean towels and sheets, too bad some of those towels had traces on them…

Wanted a budget stay. Hotel is centrally located in Gueliz, minutes from main roads and all facilities. Abundant choices of eating places and lovely cafes nearby. Staff professional and helpful at all times. Very welcoming.

It is very accommodating. The staff were cet friendly and help me a lot. I wish i can give it a higher score. I was a bit sceptical at first but they exceeded my expectations.

Hotel is closed to restaurants and shops. Hotel is under a new management who are doing their best to improve the services.
