Riad molto grazioso con personale cortese e disponibile. Camere piccole, ma pulite, letto e cuscini comodi. Doccia difficile da fare per impossibilità di miscelare l'acqua bollente e fredda. Copertura wifi non uniforme e costante, in camera quasi assente. Ristorante sulla terrazza con cena a mio avviso cara (€ 20 a testa) per quello che hanno proposto e attesa di più 30 minuti dopo l'ordinazione. Pagamento in contanti, non accettano carte di credito.

Très bon riad, de notre chambre familiale, aucun bruit extérieur. Tous les soirs, nous retrouvions la chambre propre, rangée, nos lit fait.. Nous étions en demi pension, nous n'avons pas regretté, petit déjeuner et repas marocains excellents et copieux cuisiner par Mohammed, son fils et son équipe. Servis par "zouhir" ce jeune homme est un amour... Personnels polis, gentils, serviables... À moins de 10 min de la place jemma El fna, à 5 min des palais....

hôtel loin de la place Djamaa el fna, nous y sommes allés 2 fois : première chambre correcte, la seconde fois , chambre minuscule , lampe de chevet branlante ( une seule pour 2 tables de chevet ) , lumière de salle de bain cassée, douche dont le plâtre tombe : pour couronner le tout , petit déjeuner très moyen : la pire expérience à Marrakech où nous sommes pourtant allés plusieurs fois !

Everything was perfect, the staff was at the top, I really recommend it, plus it is very well located, close to the center and the medina, you can do everything on foot. What I didn’t like was my treatment from staff Just because u are black and American the staff would be very untrustworthy. And on top of that I left 5 post cards to be mailed to love ones and the front desk guy promised he would send them out. I called 3weeks after my stay and told front desk nobody received post cards , the guy placed me on hold came back to the phone and said oh we are sending them out now THAT WAS 3 weeks ago and still no post cards !!!!!!! This place only caters to RIAD Locals !!!!!!!!!! If you aren’t familiar with RIAD THIS IS NOT THE HOTEL AND ALSO THEY WILL ASSIST YOU WITH OUT GOING ACCOMMODATIONS BUT THEY WILL MAKE SURE THE LOCALS CHARGE YOU MORE !!!!!!!! I will never EVER live here again The love of money be so real BUT IF U ARE A BLACK AFRICAN AMERICAN STAYING HERE TRUST NO MON !!!!

Excellent address, the Riad is very well located. Near the Bahia and Badi palace. 7 minutes from Jamaa el Fna square. The staff is attentive and always available. Bath towels and shower gel are provided. The room is cleaned with care every day. The meals are good and plentiful. Thanks to the whole team. Looking forward to seeing you all again😊

Cousy place, welcoming and friendly services team, nice breakfast on the roof top, and true Moroccan culture reflected in every detail you love inside. Very recommended for leisure stays and close on a walking distance to Al Fanda square where most of what you need to see. Special thanks to Hussein, Hassan and Mr. Wafaa.

Several nights spent at the riad and the desire not to leave! Special mention to Wafa, the director of the establishment who received us like kings! We spent 6 days at Riad Luzia (mother/daughter vacation). Ouafae (the owner) did her utmost to satisfy us and help make this stay a dream. Beautiful room, competent and attentive staff, everything is done to make you feel at home. Breakfast and dinner taken on the terrace with beautiful Moroccan cuisine, quality products, served generously, without forgetting a relaxing view of the Atlas mountain range and traditional houses. Different lounges where you can relax and recharge your batteries. Lovely receptionists. The owner is a magnificent and unforgettable person very invested in her need to satisfy customers.
