Je suis un client fidèle de l'hôtel Ezzahia, je viens à votre café spécialement à la terrasse chaque nuit. Mon ami a fait tomber son verre de café sur table, la serveuse SAÏDA qui travaille la nuit sait que cet incident a eu lieu puisque mon ami a réclamé, elle n'a pas venue pour nettoyer la table et après une éternité lorsqu'elle est venue pour le paiement, elle nous a informée que la table va rester comme ça jusqu'au lendemain car c' est la tâche de l'autre serveuse du matin. Elle a laissé la table dans une situation médiocre qui ne répond en aucun standard du magnifique hôtel Ezzahia, je pense qu'une telle personne non formée et irrespectueuse doit être former et briefer obligatoirement car un tel act ne peut être accepter dans un tel établissement luxueux et beau.

Nous sommes arrivés dans la chambre qui était à peine nettoyée. Dans la chambre nous avions une cuisine sans matériel avec juste un lavabo (photo en pj) . Dans la «cuisine » nous avions un trou dans le mur (photo en pj). Nous avions 2 serviettes pour 4 personnes. Au petit déjeuner il n’y a ni yaourt, ni fruit . Néanmoins, l’espace extérieur est très agréable. L’hôtel se situe dans le centre. Propreté négligée. Certains personnels de l’hôtel sont désagréables mais d’autre assez amicals . ATTENTION SI VOUS ARRIVEZ AU MOIS DE FÉVRIER EN ESPÉRANT VOUS BAIGNEZ DANS LA PISCINE ELLE EST TRÈS FROIDE. L’image de l’hôtel est trompeur car on voit la salle à manger avec des nappes des couverts et dans les chambres des plantes alors qu’il n’y a rien de tout ça.

Llegamos al hotel el viernes 17/06/22 y nos encontramos una "habitación" sucia, muebles rotos, sábados sucias, baño sucio y solo 2 tollas, cuando somos 4 persona.... Bajamos a cenar nosotros que somos 4 personas y unos amigos que son 2 personas y dicen que la cena es solo para 5 personas, que así está la reserva hecha.El Corte Inglés se desentiende de nuestra petición de reubicación ante esta situación inadmisible, insostenible y desesperante. QUIEN VEIA A EL CORTE INGLÉS Y QUIEN LO VÉ HOY EN DIA gestión pésima y totalmente inadmisible por su parte.
