One of the best hotels in the world in terms of service, facilities and food. La Mamounia is so rich in culture and heritage that there is a unique story in every part of the hotel. We visited the Royal Mansour and other 5 star establishments but nothing compares to the warmth and hospitality of the staff at this hotel. A truly remarkable experience and our only disappoin**ent was the lack of time to further explore the various restaurants, cinema, activities area, ****** and wine cellar. Will definitely be back.

Nous avons tout simplement passé à la Mamounia le plus beau séjour de notre vie ! L’hôtel est magnifique, le personnel toujours aux petits soins, la nourriture délicieuse… Nous célébrions nos 30 ans de mariage et c’était au-delà de parfait ! Merci et bravo à toute l’équipe.

Je me suis rendu avec mon épouse dans cet établissement mythique pour boire un verre, à l'occasion de son anniversaire, et nous avons été horrifiés (pour ne pas dire écoeurés) par l'accueil. Il n'était pas possible de faire deux pas sans que l'on nous demande si "nous étions résidents". Et nous avons été traités tout du long avec le plus grand mépris. À tel point qu'on nous opposé un refus lorsque nous avons voulu emprunter un tout petit escalier (je parle de 5 marches!!) menant du bar extérieur au jardin, nous obligeant à faire un long detour totalement absurde, car "non résidents". L'attitude de cet établissment est honteuse. Le Luxe avec un grand L ne consiste pas à mepriser une partie de sa clientèle. Nous sommes des habitués de beaux établissements, en France comme à l'etranger, et jamais on nous a mis autant mal à l'aise. Nous n'y retournerons jamais...et ne le conseillerons surement pas à nos amis. Heureusement, nous avons trouvé près de la Koutoubia un autre établissement de luxe, au décors somptueux et à l'accueil tellement chaleureux. Un pir enchantement!! Nous y sommes allés plusieur fois, soit pour diner soit pour boire une verre....tout simplement car nous y etions les bienvenus. Un etablissement classe est un etablissement qui traite bien TOUS ses clients. Pour moi, la Mamounia ne sait pas que ce c'est... A oublier

We had an enjoyable experience at La Morocain with a delcious a la carte menu and reasonable service (bring a wrap as it can be windy at night), and on another night, drinks at The Churchill. The hotel is beautiful, and the art makes for good conversation.
