We arrived just after midnight, and was stood outside with a 2 year old asleep in a pram 3 suitcases and 3 hand luggage and not one person came to help, nor was we greeted by anyone. We walkwd to reception checked in, the man on reception was polite but just gave us outlr key, we was told nothing about the hotel ,a porter then took us to our room. I paid for garden view superior room, I did request to be on ground floor due to having a child, and understand sometime requests can't be fulfilled we was put at the back of the hotel over looking rubbish on second floor. No information in room , the balcony door didn't even lock so had to barricade it incase my son went out there. We requested to move rooms next morning which was fulfilled right away which was great. We found the food to be ok, wasn't amazing, and only on our 7th day was we asked if we wanted a drink by lady called Roweida past 7 days we got our own drinks, Abdel was great with our son too, everyone else ignored us, prob due to us not being French. The lady on the egg station was extremely rude. The French are given priority over anyone elseand favoured. As stated, hotel is majority of (rude, inconsiderate) French people. Kids pool was good, except for the tiles in places that where missing. Food truck not great, man scooped chips with his bare hands. the free shuttle bus was good, but beware you have to walk at least 15 mins to get to the market. Overall I wouldn't return to this hotel, I have been marrakesh 5 times now otger times in Rui and will stick to there. You get what you pay for really.
