Nous sommes partis en famille dans cet établissement, nous avons tous passé un excellent séjour. Merci à tout le personnel de l'hôtel pour sa gentillesse, son sourire, son empathie 🙏. Ma mère a été malade durant le séjour, je tenais à remercier chaleureusement et particulièrement les infirmières de l'hôtel 🙏ainsi que l'équipe Kappa d'être passés plusieurs fois dans la journée durant notre excursion dans le désert, et même après cette journée les venaient tous les jours voir son état de santé 😊. En conclusion, c'est un hôtel très bien tenu avec un personnel irréprochable et toujours à l'écoute du client. Les activités et soirées sont de bonnes qualités. Nous avons tellement passé un excellent séjour que nous revenons dans cet hôtel fin juin 😜. À bientôt.

Je recommande cet endroit à 100%. Les repas sont variés et très bons. Le club dispose de nombreuses activités tout au long de la journée, deux piscines l’une calme et l’autre plus animé sont disponibles. Le club enfant est parfait si vous partait en famille. Mention spéciale pour l’équipe Kappa Club qui a été à notre petit soin durant notre séjour !

The best all inclusive! Food is amazing and the staff can’t do enough to help. Rooms are spacious and immaculate, grounds are beautiful and well maintained. So much to do and the cocktails are delicious. The best all inclusive we’ve visited in a long time. The rooms come equipped with shampoo, conditioner and shower gel and also moisturiser which is great if you have only hand luggage. There are a few cats around, please feed them with some fish from the buffet if you are staying. Spoke to the staff about the cats, because they don’t belong to the hotel they don’t feed them. As the majority of guests are animal lovers they would love to see a feeding system in place for the cats to put the guests minds at ease. Hungry cats and kittens make guests anxious. So much left over food it wouldn’t be a problem to feed them, please consider this management.

séjour du 21 au 25 avril plus deux jours suite a la crève aériennes. magnifique séjour hôtel très bien entretenue chambres parfaite et propre .restaurant au top grand choix de plat et surtout une équipes professionnels en se qui concerne la propreté et le service a table . piscine très bien et en plus serveur qui viens a vous ou a votre demande pour ramener se que vous souhaiter bière, café cocktails même le champagne ( le top ) tous l'ensemble du personnels est extra a l'écoute bref ils sont vraiment professionnel. l'équipe animateur est très bien beaucoup d'activités. un très grand merci au femmes de chambres au service de cuisine et serveurs et au serveur de la piscine respect ..

We really enjoyed our stay here. The rooms are large and comfortable with the best air conditioning I have experienced..we kept it at 19 degrees and got the best sleep each night. The grounds are exceptional with ground staff working hard on new beds etc. There are 3 pools. The main one is one of the biggest in any hotel we've stayed in. Food was good with different themes each evening. Probably the most outstanding aspect of this hotel was the staff...pleasant, hard working and keen to help the guests have the best holiday. We wondered if we should have opted for a Riad closer to the city centre but being there for a week meant we could use the shuttle bus to go into the city and then return to the lovely hotel for some down time. It also gave us an opportunity to see some of the sights on the way to and from the centre. While there we enjoyed a camel ride and subset dinner in the desert, a balloon ride to see the sunrise over the Atlas Mt's and a guided tour of the older part of the city. These can be booked in the hotel and it's location means access to these places is easy. A most enjoyable holiday.

Excellent hotel. Spotless throughout. Helpful and wonderful staff. Spacious bedrooms. Beautiful pools with plenty of room. Fantastic food. Lots of areas for shade. Lovely grounds, plenty of activities. 5*. Only little moan..bar closed at 12 which I consider too early but great for families or the early risers but otherwise perfect.
