Palais Sebban is a truly fantastic place, with a fantastic location, beautiful grounds, and a truly outstanding staff. The complimentary breakfast is extensive and delicious, and the restaurant is among the best in the city. The Friday night belly dancing and a live band is great fun as well! We endured a really devastating loss in our family during our stay there, and the staff went out of their way to be extra kind to us. I will never forget the comfort and hospitality that they extended to me. Literally all of them were amazing, but special shout out to Monaim and Abderrazak for really going above and beyond to make us not only feel welcome, but truly cared for. We thoroughly our stay there, and highly recommend it to anyone who wants to get a truly authentic taste of Marrakesh with some of the best and most professional staff you'll ever meet. If I had one criticism, it would be that we were visiting during Ramadan, and I observed that the staff had very little time to break their fast and perform the obligatory prayer. They were working almost non-stop right around the end of the fast, and, while they didn't complain, I found it disappointing that they weren't given a little more time to break their fast and pray. I'm sure that patrons could wait 30 minutes for the place to pause service while the staff have a few necessary minutes. That was my only negative observation, though. Give this place a try - you won't regret it.
