It is equivalent to a hotel in China. The yellowed bath towels are disgusting, and the lack of a hair dryer makes people wonder if the people here have natural curls after washing their hair, so they don’t need to dry it? The room is small, the service at the front desk is warm, and there are professional luggage carriers. The front desk is fully enclosed, and then they climb the counter when they come in and out, which is a bit interesting. I laughed. I made an appoin**ent to pick up the airport, and the pick-up driver was also very good.

When we arrived we were given a room and we did not find the room very clean. The employee immediately made another room available for us.
It is mainly the service and politeness of the employees that made us want another night. To stay.
You will be helped in every way.
The room is not top top but good enough.
We got a suite
Jame al fna is a 7 min drive.
I think showering and a good, clean room are important and this room had that.
I would like to thank the employees for their hospitality. It felt like I've known them for a long time, that's the feeling they gave us. Thank you. I'll come back someday.

Pros: the hotel in general was very nice and they were friendly and helpful in the front desk. We got married and they fixed decorations for us for free with roses and rose petals on the bed and towels folded to swans.
Cons: the hotel room key kept getting demagnetized for me so when getting up to the room I had to go back down at least half of the time to fix the key.
The "guardians" on the street can be a hassle if you have your own car because they try to get as much money off you as possible, up to the point that they told the hotel that we hadn't payed them at all (which was a lie)

We stayed 6 days , The Hotel is very clean. Room is big enough as well the bathroom. The staff are very friendly and helpful.( big thanks to everyone especially zahra and aba baker) The location is very close to everything and you can reach downtown and train stations by walking. We strongly recommend it.

This particular hotel is in a relatively good location in Marrakech. Our towels were changed every day, the room was clean. The breakfast was relatively good with several options. Fresh juice every day at breakfast. The staff was kind. But the Wi-Fi disappointed me. We could not communicate with our people in Greece except by messages on viber and messenger

Once the disappoin**ent passed, we had a good stay. But why advertise a swimming pool and present a “paddling pool” between four walls! Good food, very friendly staff, a perfectly adequate room. However, avoid rooms on the street side that are too noisy.
