worn place, needs renovation and cleaning. very, very unpleasant smell in the bathroom. way, way to expensive for what you get. we‘ve been in two other riads on the same trip for half the price and double fun.

Notre séjour au Riad a très mal commencé : la chambre était infestée de petits insectes types acariens blancs mais visibles à l’œil nu et qui piquaient, les draps du lits étaient sales : nombreux cheveux, traces de sang.. Nous avons immédiatement demandé à changer de chambre. Nous sommes passés de l’étage lumineux au rez de chaussée : très très sombre. Draps à nouveaux sales mais un peu moins … on a abandonné de demander un nouveau changement de chambre. Couverture pour le lit sale aussi. Clim / chauffage ne fonctionnait pas. Salle de bains : odeur très très importantes d’égouts. Les ampoules dans la salle de bains auraient déclenché une crise d’épilepsie à n’importe qui. Et le clou du spectacle un cafard énorme dans la salle de bains… à part ça : le Riad est calme, bien situé et les petits déjeuners sont assez bons et le personnel sympathique. Nous n’y reviendrons pas.

J'avais réservé et payé deux nuits deux mois à l'avance. 5 jours avant mon séjour l'hôtel annule ma réservation et me rembourse. Ce remboursement n'est rien au regard du préjudice financier qui a consisté à devoir réserver un nouvel hôtel au dernier moment. Riad Fajar refuse de prendre en charge les nouveaux frais de réservation dont il est responsable. C'est à la limite de l'escroquerie.

Location is great and their staff is very friendly and helpful.
However, the hotel room is quite poor. There is an important lack of maintanance like there are no towel racks, toilet paper racks, there is no body cleaner only shampoo, or humidity on the shower walls (see pictures) but I have to say everything was clean.

Very harsh The RIAD FARAJ relocation hotel in Marrakech POOR - TO BE AVOID. TO FLEE - TO FLEE The follow-up promised by ******* was not given by the host. The Riad immediately asks me to pay local taxes, and if the room suits me, to check with *******. I had to have the gray bedroom suite of 27m2 in accordance with my service, in vain... Dirty, dark room, mold in the bathroom, poor quality lunch. The rooms are somewhat small and dark. Not much light both naturally and electrically. I found a peculiar smell in my room which might have come from an exposed tank in the bathroom.. see photo. The small rug next to my bed looked as if not washed in forever. My last morning I had a visitor crawling first on the floor and then on the curtain. On the positive side, the staff are always available with a smile and breakfast was home made. Breakfast was composed of rolls, croissants, coffee or tea, cheese, butter, jams. There is a beautiful large suite on the first floor which might be great to request. If you are a light sleeper, sound travels easily to all the room’s surrounding the courtyard including the second floor. There is a pretty rooftop area. Laundry facilities are limited should you need wash done. I would consider this Riad a two to three star facility.
