The overall facilities are outdated, the staff is complicated, and the breakfast experience is very poor, basically the same as grabbing. The rooms are dated. More than 700 RMB is not recommended.

Completely the 5-star experience we wanted. The live music during buffet breakfast and lunch is always nice. The rooms are very large and spacious.
The staff are so nice and polite… I loved my stay here and will be back for more.

Heel groot complex wat sterk verouderd is en echt onderhoud nodig heeft. Wij hadden kamer 4154 voor 3 nachten. Kamer is erg koud, volgens de receptie deed zowel de airco als verwarming het niet (meer?). Housekeeping kwam een extra deken brengen terwijl het op de dag + 30c was maar in de kamer eigenlijk te koud voor korte broek + t-shirt. Weinig verlichting, badkamer met schimmel bij het bad en kapotte tegels. Douchen in bad met douchegordijn, erg onhygiënisch en niet meer van deze tijd. We hadden in eerste instantie bruin water, later werd het beter. Twee bedden (twijfelaars) die wel goed zijn. Om 5u in de ochtend vliegen de eerste horde vliegtuigen over. Op de dag gaat het nog wel, maar in de avond tot zeker 23u weer heel veel vliegtuigen, dus korte nachtrust. Ver weg van de stad, 40 min lopen of met een petit taxi of hotel shuttle (maar die gaat maar 4x per dag). Desolate plek, niets te doen in de buurt. Goed ontbijtbuffet met vers gebakken eieren en pannenkoeken. Zwembad is mooi en groot met genoeg stoelen + parasols eromheen. Niet altijd zwembadhanddoeken voorradig/ aanwezig. De trap naar de glijbanen ronduit gevaarlijk en toe aan groot onderhoud. Kortom wij hadden voor onze laatste 3 nachten van onze rondreis liever toch wel een beter en comfortabeler hotel gehad.

Les espaces communs sont très beaux. Les piscines extérieures non chauffées mais ça c'est connu. Par contre pour ceux qui se posent la question, même avec 22-25°C, les enfants pouront pas assumer plus de 15min sans être au bord de l'hipothermie. Une piscine intérieure existe dans le spa mais est réservé aux adultes seulement. Le petit déjeuner (sous forme de buffet) est très bien. Il était compris dans ma réservation et je regrette pas. On a dîner une fois dans l'hôtel (sous forme de buffet aussi). Franchement ça passe après une longue journée où on veut plus sortir avec des enfants KO. 150 Dh par personne et les boissons sont pas comprises. Il est bien situé, au calme, en sécurité et avec de la place pour la voiture. Le gros point faible de l'hôtel c'est les chambres. Y'a pas de suivi des chambres. Le sol est nettoyé et les lits sont fait. Par contre : • Balcon qui se ferme pas • Tiroirs mal fixés • Chambre où la deco mais aussi la fraîcheur est vraiment à revoir • porte de la salle de bain/wc se verrouille pas • Literie pas confortable • Sèche-cheveux qui fonctionne pas Toutes ces remarques ont été faite à la réception qui en a pris note mais qui n'a rien fait pendant notre séjour malheureusement. Y'a des avantages et des inconvénients donc à vous de voir. Pour info on était en famille avec deux enfants de 5ans et 8ans pour une durée de 3j.
