The hotel is great. Although the decoration is a bit old, it still has a style. The service staff are very nice and patient. Will choose to stay next time.

No glass in the room for drinking water unless you pay. How to drink water without glasses No tea or coffee Some proving near pool are brocken or slippery if wet Relatively old building but clean Tried to add photos but failed. Photos showing the paved area with brocken tiles. Hotel is closed to shops .

Hôtel très bien, propre, personnel très accueillant et arrangeant, bien placé, super service, en particulier Reda, souriant et très serviable !! Je recommande sans hésitation, je reviendrai certainement dans cet hôtel si je devais séjourner à nouveau à Marrakech !

Pros: very good location (5 minutes from a big mall, 30 minutes from the old town), clean, comfy beds, breakfast included, beautiful pool, money exchange service at the reception, and very picturesque main floor. Cons: dated furniture and bathrooms, (with the toilet in a separate room other than where the sink, bathtub and bidet are located?!), no curtsy water bottles provided, no shampoo is provided, and room service is slow.
