The service is good and the people are friendly. The location is not too far away from the airport, train station and the old city. It is suitable for high-level business and vacation.

Très bel établissement avec un excellent accueil . Tout le personnel est à notre écoute. Logés dans une très belle chambre donnant sur la piscine.La diversité des plats du buffet est géniale : très bien présenté , ainsi que le petit déjeuner. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour d'une semaine riche en émotions (Gateau surprise pour mon anniversaire) Encore un grand merci à YAYA qui nous a chouchouté tout le long de notre séjour Patrick - Agnès

Excellent séjour passé à l’hôtel Jaal riad Resort ! Nous avons passé de très bons moments dans cet hôtel juste sublime. Sa décoration, son style , sa propreté , son architecture , son personnel tout était un sans faute. Les repas faits maison élaborés sur la base de produits locaux sont savoureux ! Un grand merci au chef de cuisine : Salim qui a su mettre à la perfection ses pratiques culinaires . Nous tenons à remercier tout le personnel de l’hôtel pour son accueil chaleureux, sa gentillesse et ses attentions . Une pensée particulière pour le serveur Sally, Hamza qui s’occupait des serviettes à la piscine extérieur, Ghali … qui nous ont accompagné tout au long du séjour et avec qui c’était un réel plaisir! Nous reviendrons sans hésiter Merci encore ! Leila

Inoubliable séjour au jaal , l’hôtel est très magnifique avec ça touche africaine qui est partout dans l’hôtel, délicieux buffet et tres bon service au niveau de la restauration ainsi que les chambres elles sont tres propre et bien décoré . Tres tres grand merci a Ghali qui nous a aider beaucoup , et qui etait present durand tout notre séjour . Je recommande vivement cet endroit .

Hotel definitely has character. Loved the decor. Loved the staff. We stayed B&B so didn’t do the hotel restaurants. Breakfast was great and a good variety. Those who stayed AI still wasted food which is not a great look - just take what you can eat for goodness sake! Already thinking about our next visit. Well done Jaal Riad 💕

Simplement nullisime. Accueil, repas , propreté, service... proches de zéro. Ne parlons pas des avions qui décollent toute la journée et la nuit au dessus de l hôtel. Nous avons mangé toute la semaine la même chose. Obligé de s énerver pour avoir du gel douche et papier toilette..

Conveniently located near the airport and adjacent to a nightclub for party enthusiasts, it's also close to the souk. The food is exceptional, and the 'All Inclusive, including alcohol' package is definitely worth it. Note that spa facilities, except for the gym, come at an additional cost.

Superbe et inoubliable séjour au jaal Riad hôtel L’hôtel est charmant, le personnel a été accueillant et agréable avec nous. Notre chambre donnait côté piscine avec un accès privilégié. Nous avons été spécialement bien reçus par le personnel du bar Mr Salim vraiment c’est une personne très professionnel il crée une ambiance où t’oublie le temps passe merci et bravo Mr S . Je vous recommande cet hôtel en toute joie Sans oublier l’équipe du restaurant l’atelier et le buffet très délicieux avec le sourire de l’équipe et le manager Mr Moncif Avant j’ai lu des avis mais franchement que j’ai passé mon séjour j’ai constaté que ya des gens qui disent que des fausse remarque malheureusement Merci Marrakech 😍✌️🌙
