The service is good and the people are friendly. The location is not too far away from the airport, train station and the old city. It is suitable for high-level business and vacation.

Bel Hôtel avec une belle prestation. C'est un peu difficile de voir l' offre décrite sur le nombre de restaurants disponibles Pour notre part nous n'avons pas vu le restaurant Marocain. Une belle prestation toutefois avec des chambres très spacieuses et agréables Un personnel charmant et au petit soin L' emplacement prêt de l' aéroport est un peu gênant mais Marrakech n est pas non plus un aéroport hyper fréquenté. Je recommande cet établissement

Awful service. Hotel described as serene and tranquil but is under a flight path and planes fly through the night. You won’t get any sleep. Wi-Fi is intermittent and poor. There is no iron in the rooms and one cannot be provided. You have to use their laundry and ironing service. targeted towards French and Arab speaking guests , very few staff speak English. Less 5 star, more 2 star experience, Notwithstanding the building itself is beautiful. Lots of other hotel options, give this one a miss.

Excellent stay at Jaal Riad, very polite and helpful staff, breakfast options were also very good. Swimming pool is not heated hence not usable , could do with an indoor pool like other 5 star hotels. Overall great experience.

Séjour de 5 nuits avec petit déjeuner L'hôtel est vraiment magnifique et calme (à priori Adult only). Il est cependant proche de l'aéroport (comme bcp d'hôtels de la zone) donc bcp de passages d'avions selon les jours. Pas hyper gênant dans la mesure où nous n'avons passé que les matinées au bord de la piscine. Chambre spacieuse, propre et petite terrasse en RDC au calme. Pour les petits déjeuners, beaucoup de choix. Un délice! Mention spéciale pour les crêpes marocaines faites sur la terrasse extérieure. Et le Amlou également. En revanche, petit message pour l'équipe : cela manque d'organisation. Du personnel, mais peu qui se soucie de vous si vous ne les interpellez pas pour avoir un café...une galère tous les matins et pourtant nous avons été patients. Investissez dans des machines en libre service pour la clientèle... L'hôtel est proche de Marrakech (max 10 min). Des taxis à proximité en permanence. Comptez de 50 à 100 dirhams la course vers le centre. Ravis de notre séjour.

Ancien hôtel repris qui ne mérite pas du tout 5* : - un service déplorable, en particulier au petit déjeuner : plus de pain ni de viennoiseries à 8h30, impossible d’être servi en café ( imbuvable) sans harceler le personnel qui se montre désagréable et totalement inefficace, de la vaisselle ébréchée, du jus d’orange coupé à l’eau.. -des transats en bois usés en bord de piscine tout comme les boiseries dans les chambres Toute la gestion de cet établissement mériterait d’être revue en totalité !!! -
