It is located in the new town, and there are clubs etc. around it. It is within walking distance from Marrakech station.
The hotel itself is a little old, but the location is good and the staff were kind. I signed up for a Zagora desert tour at the hotel desk. Although the details were unclear, it was almost the same as the tour I searched on the internet.
The front desk staff is kind even if they change places. This is a recommended hotel. However, we do not recommend it to those looking for a beautiful hotel. Also, there was no hot water.

We stayed overnight in this hotel on various dates during our tour. Great hotel to visit the city of Marrakesh. Good WiFi, excellent beds and a good breakfast (buffet) on their roof terrace. Located in a modern area of the city. Parking possible

very poor service: Very noisy hotel, very limited sanitary hygiene. Catering: no choice, the main course ok, the starter the same soup every evening, dessert no choice: fruit or vanilla yogurt: laughable. Deplorable service, one evening we were served soup and fruit on the next table, and we did not see the waiter again. Decent breakfast. Very cold hotel a**osphere. Very good geographical location. Dirty swimming pool, sun lounger x4, 3 broken The entire hotel is poorly or not maintained, in its original state. Not a very pleasant experience. A somewhat ruined vacation.

The hotel is a little old. The sanitary facilities and the beds are long past their best. Breakfast is served on the roof, which is definitely an experience in summer. We were in Marrakesh at the end of February (mornings around 7-8 degrees). We only tried dinner twice, but would recommend eating out. There are many different restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The hotel staff are very friendly and always helpful. It is located at the beginning of the club district, and a little away from the Medina (old town, about 25 minutes on foot). All in all, I would rate it as reasonable for the price.
