Esperava melhor. Limpeza e quarto 5 estrelas, empregada incrível. Alimentação péssima , até em barracos se comia melhor. Muito fraquinha. O pequeno almoço dava 3 estrelas Jantar 1.5 estrelas, sem variedades. Achei lamentável, nem água tinha.

Sehr nette, freundliche und hilfsbereite Belegschaft; Gutes Frühstück - die Eiergerichte werden von einer immer gut gelaunten jungen Dame zubereitet; das Essen im Restaurant ist hervorragend und die Bedienung (vor allem die weibliche) extrem bemüht und außerordentlich freundlich! Zimmer sauber - alles in allem ein gelungener Aufenthalt.

We booked 2 rooms. I ended up in a street side room on the 5th floor which was very noisy. Spoiler alert - I am in the vacation rental business and understand the expectations of guests regarding room standards. The rooms are very outdated and not as clean as they should be. After my evening shower and before I crawl under the covers I run the bottom of my feet over the top sheet to catch any dirt that may have transferred from the floor to my feet. It looked like I had run down to the lobby and back instead of the 10 feet to the bathroom. The prior review regarding the tub being too deep was spot on. It’s a tub/shower combo so you’re locked into climbing over a too tall tub wall. Add to this the fact there isn’t any non-slip treads in the tub and the poor lighting in that area and your looking at a high risk fall area. A minor shortcoming - no tissue for your noise. One final negative was the fact that the cord on the phone was broken and, although the phone would ring, they couldn’t hear us & I couldn’t hear them. The buffet dinner was good and the interior courtyard where we dined was nice. Check in went smoothly and the staff were veo.

Hôtel soi disant 4 étoiles!! Pas de bouteille d eau dans la chambre, pas de plateau de courtoisie ( bouilloire, sachets de thé) Literie de mauvaise qualité. Pas de balcon dans cette chambre qui donne sur la rue située au fond du couloir au 3 eme étage. Le pire nous y avons passé 2 nuits, le ménage n a pas été fait. Il nous a fallu réclamer pour avoir des serviettes!! Inadmissible. De la vaisselle sale laissée devant les ascenseurs qui y est restée pendant les 3 jours de notre séjour. Pas d investissement du personnel de menage

2 nuits dans cet hôtel lors d'un voyage en groupe. C'est un hotel correct pour une étape quand on visite le pays. La nourriture est correcte meme si le buffet n'est pas extraordinaire. Les chambres sont correctes. Bien sur, ce n'est pas un hôtel pour passer un séjour de farniente mais pour une étape c'est très convenable avec un bon accueil.

Bel endroit avec beaucoup de charme avec piscine et super bien placé. Le personnel est le vrai plus de cet établissement accueillant, serviable, aimable, respectueux et toujours avec le sourire. Globalement, le rapport qualité/ prix reste très correct. Cet hôtel en vaut la peine ! Je rappelle que le personnel ainsi que les gérants ont au petits soins, très polis, discrets et immédiatement disponible en cas de demande. Si vous demandez de l'aide ou une information quelconque sur l'hôtel et/ou le tourisme en ville, elle vous sera donnée très rapidement sans la moindre hésitation. On demande un taxi comme un chauffeur privé ou guide tout est possible. L'insonorisation de l'hôtel est très bonne et les bruits de la circulation extérieure ne sont pas audibles. Au calme parfait dans un décor paisible. Je recommande fortement et je remercie tout le personnel chaleureusement.🤗

Je suis profondément déçu par l'expérience que j'ai vécue avec l'hôtel Blue Sea Le Printemps. Non seulement, ils ont annulé ma réservation au dernier moment quand j'ai arrivé chez eux, mais le comportement irrespectueux de leur personnel lors de ma visite a été inacceptable. J'ai refusé de photocopier mes données personnelles en violation flagrante de la loi sur la protection des données personnelles, et leur réaction a été déplorable. Un service client décevant et une attitude peu professionnelle ont gâché complètement mon séjour. Heureusement, j'ai pu trouver une alternative ailleurs, sinon j'aurais été laissé sans hébergement. Je ne recommande absolument pas cet établissement et je conseille vivement aux autres voyageurs de chercher des alternatives plus respectueuses et fiables.
