根本不是5星該有的水平，客房服務很慢，做的東西又貴又難吃，廁所裏兩天都有蟑螂，半夜還被蚊子咬了，一開始連沐浴露洗髮水，拖鞋都沒有，早飯也很一般

Ruined family trip on last day as 2 towels were apparently missing reception forced my teenage children to open luggage for 2 towels that they were accused of stealing . They were obviously not in out luggage there was no apology . I had left a day earlier due to work schedule my children and husband stayed on. As a uk based doctor I have no need for towels from Al Maaden they are not exactly the White Co quality .
This was our third visit to Al Maaden ( 2014 & 2018 ) everything has deteriorated. Villa dirty , tired furniture , battered TVs /Wi-Fi fridges don’t work . Overall a big NO from us 5 adverts 2star standards will never return plz if from UK don’t book it’s not worth it

A wonderful family friendly alternative to a hotel. With these villas you get lots of space. We were pleasantly surprised after reading some of the negative reviews. We visited in January and unfortunately the private pool is not heated and therefore way too cold to swim, though I can see how amazing this would be in the summer. Great location in a quiet, secured area about 10-15 minute drive from the hustle and bustle of the Medina. The villa does need some TLC; some sliding doors did not close very well, lobby is a bit run down, strange smells come from the bathroom, poor drainage in the shower... But overall we found it bright, modern, well-located and a great design for our family of 4. The best part was the service - it was impeccable. All staff were friendly, kind and more than happy to help with whatever needs we had- a big thank you to the whole team. It was my son’s birthday and they helped make it a special day by putting balloons in the room and getting a cake and candle for us (many thanks to Mehdi).

The place is located far away from the city center and its a good getaway with your family. PROS: - A huge well structured villa, with great view to private swimming pool. - the breakfast in the lobby is really good, not to be missed. - Indeed privacy - Free parking inside the resort. CONS: - Very old furniture and the whole place needs a proper maintenance. - As the resort is huge and everything is far from each other, you need call for golf car to pock you, which it takes time. - No lighting from the main entrance to reach close the lobby. So be carful while driving inside the resort.

Magnifique villa, propre et avec de beau équipement bonne literie. Aucun vis à vis Piscine nettoyer tous les matin, le petit déjeuner peu être servis dans la villa, ce petit déjeuner étais très complet Des fleur sur les lits, des fruit et des bouteilles d’eau pour notre arrivé Gros bémol pour spa… massage limite la crème étais étaler plus que masser et notre corps n’est pas du tout cacher.. Également bémol sur les excursions propres par exemple 1000 dirhams pour aller dans le désert 300 dirhams avec la même excursions sur TripAdvisor Pareil pour le taxi proposer 3x plus cher que sur d’autre application

Hello, I stayed in this hotel. . The average kitchen found cockroaches in the restaurant. The cleanliness is average the welcome was mediocre, when we arrived, they told us to put our credit card in they started negotiating with the carpet seller no you have to put 3000 no you have to put 2000 MAD in reserve in order to to encourage you to consume as much as possible. Finally, I didn't find a supposedly high-end hotel, it doesn't live up to the standards I know in Europe.

Grand villa splendide et service de l’hôtel à l’écoute Voiturier disponible pour vous enmener ou vous voulez (car l’hôtel est trés grand ) Un peu loin de la ville mais si vous recherchez de la tranquillité,du calme et de l’intimité cet hôtel est fait pour vous .
