Very rude staff. They tried to charge us extra money as they said our brother is an adult as he has past his 12th birthday. However when we booked on Trip.com it stated that a child is 12 years. They tried threatening to take our stuff if we didn’t pay or kick us out of our room. Very rude , we tried to explain it’s the agencies fault and that we didn’t have the money but insisted we paid and threatened us. Did have good amenities , the buffet food gave us diarrhea. Wouldn’t come back they only care about money.

Séjour agreable mais le nettoyage des chambres reste à revoir, il y avait de la poussière sur le frigo et sur le sol ainsi que sur les tapis, les toilettes n etaient pas désinfectés correctement. J ai du
demander à la femme de ménage de nettoyer le balcon qui était dégoûtant et délabré! Il y avait une invasion de fourmis dans ma chambre et dans le balcon! J ai du contacter la réception qui a fdait le nécessaire rapidement !
La cabine de douche était trop étroite et usée, elle ne fermait pas et après chaque douche j'étais inondée ! Le joint est fichu
Bonne équipe d'animation en général sauf la personne ( fille) des serviettes qui était fort désagréable et ne disait pas bonjour et n etait pas souriante!
Concernant le restaurant, rien à dire, les repas sont variés et bons, dommage que les crêpes, pancakes et harcha soient aromatisés à la banane, nature serait beaucoup mieux!
Dommage qu'il n y ait pas du vrai jus d'orange pressé le matin! Les filles qui servent les desserts sont non souriantes et désagréables, elles devraient changer de travail, ca n'est pas leur place tout comme la femme qui était aux briouates!
Je trouvre qu il y a eu une evolution su niveau des infrastructures mais il y a encore beaucoup à faire, d'ailleurs deux bâtiments étaient en renovation!
Il faudra rénover les autres aussi

Dommage que les deux piscines côté restaurant ne soient pas chauffées
Malgré tout, belle structure, bonne équipe en général
