I thought maybe only a few rooms were being remodeled and didn’t care. The sound was loud and dusty, and I immediately turned back to the front desk of the hotel to ask for another room. The quiet environment, the hotel hesitated and gave me a room on the fourth floor, but when I entered the room after arriving on the fourth floor, the sound of the impact drill was still loud , There was no way to rest comfortably, so I had no choice but to contact Ctrip's customer service. In the end, the customer service communicated with the hotel and changed me to a room on the fifth floor on the other side. I like this hotel but it is quite old and tired. Slow lifts that don’t always read the card. Generally poor service from serving staff that don’t seemed trained. Warm beer served in the bar. Small pool and good location in Gueliz.
