The resort itself was beautiful and the people were all lovely and so kind. Couldn’t fault a single member of staff. Only thing that’s slightly an inconvenience is the location but they make up for that by providing a free shuttle bus service so it’s still good nonetheless. Food was amazing and has an excellent variety.

All is good but make sure to have your own sim and internet. The WIFI is bad and they aren’t doing anything to fix it. They’d probably tell you it your phone like the did me. So just buy a SIM card and have data. A SIM card is just 3 euro and you can get about 4gb for 2 euro.

L'hôtel est très beau, son jardin est magnifique. Le personnel est toujours souriant et dynamique. La nourriture est variée et de bonne qualité. La literie est confortable. Une petite remarque cependant, les parasols autour de la piscine sont à changer et quelques travaux de rénovation serraient à prévoir au niveau des chambres.

Magnifiques jardins qui appellent à la quiétude...un très beau hôtel reparti sur un grand espace.chambre très grande et fonctionnelle. Un grand merci aux personnels qui a toujours fait preuve de respect, d'amabilité, de politesse et même plus .. Nous avons testés les 3 restaurants..le marocain est très bien . La navette très pratique pour se rendre au centre de la ville. Belle piscine. La restauration est correcte, une seule soirée à thème.. espagnole à améliorer. Le point négatif...pour les départ tardifs il serait judicieux de mettre à disposition des casiers pour y mettre sacs, vêtements..ça serait un plus appréciable. Nous recommandons cet hôtel, nous y avons passé une très bonne semaine. Encore merci aux personnels

Hôtel sympa, chambres refaite mais pas les finitions. Douche mal fixée, lumière toilette HS mais bien dans la globalité. Piscine non chauffée donc trop froide pour moi mais très grande. Attention prévoir le pourboire pour les bagagistes à votre arrivée sinon ils seront très désagréables. Je avais Pas encore fait de change à mon arrivée et il ne voulait pas quitter ma chambre…… sensation inconfortable. Mais à part cet épisode bon hotel que je recommande

Stayed at the same hotel same time last year. Was impressed so thought I’d give it a go second time. Once again it doesn’t disappoint. The flight out was delayed but that’s down to the tour operators it hotel. We had a ground floor room as requested next to the mother in law because of walking issues. Rooms were serviced daily and b clean. The gardens in the complex are very beautiful of your into that and there is a path all the way round the wall of the complex if you fancy a jog or walk and it’s about 1.5 K. Food is ok, depends when you go as to availability. Not a variety of fish at all unfortunately so it’s either vegetarian, salad or pasta. There are meats however and cold meats and cheeses. The Moroccan restaurant was good and had a nice meal on there. The alcoholic drinks are basic and measures depends on the individual bar staff. The unsung heroes are the pool attendants and glass collectors. Always have a smile regardless of whether you’re going home the next day or not and always happy to help. Overall good and I will be going back next year all being well.

I liked the resort had security and my private guides and taxis had to go through security.
My hotel room was fine. I had a clogged up bathroom sink. I had to go to the desk to get it resolved because my calls weren’t answered.
The food wasn’t that great and I ended up not feeling good. The hot foods weren’t that hot and the seasoning was off. I couldn’t even get a pot of good coffee. It was a Nescafé dehydrated coffee. I realized on my last day at the resort, there was an espresso machine at the bar. However, the food and drinks outside the resort was great.
I was not impressed with the lack of details the front desk had regarding taxis and resorts. There was no consistency with taxi and booking details such as pricing.
Prior to leaving the last day, I informed the front desk that I would need a taxi at 4:00 AM. When I reconfirmed this taxi on Saturday evening, I was told don’t worry and I confirmed that price is usually $200 to $250 Moroccan dirham. If the hotel has taxis on standby for destination, should the fare be determined before hand. I was should that my fare when I arrived to the airport to the resort was $130 Moroccan dirham and leaning the resort at 4:30 AM was $250 Moroccan dirham. But what upset me was the fact, the taxi driver then said $300 Moroccan dirham at the airport. It definitely left a sour taste in my mouth leaving the resort.
But I did enjoy relaxing at the pool and spa. I just wished our rooms had better tv channels and toiletries.

Un séjour de grande qualité tant au niveau du service, que de la restauration, que de la propreté des lieux que des activités proposées et que dire de Marrakech ... privilégier pour la première fois une visite guidée ... ne pas oublier le jardin Majorelle
