The hotel was dirty there were cockroaches and the hosts were not attentive at all. The for you sorry again to say that but Hotel leak

We were at the hotel for 2 nights, the hotel was very tired. The stairs were really dusty and needed sweeping. Each set of stairs had ramps for suitcases but were very slippery and one of our group slipped down and hurt her leg and arm. The staff were very abrupt and quite rude. I went to pay for my lunch at the outside pool bar and the staff member greeted me with 'What do you want' ! We had 5 rooms and during the day we had two rooms where the bath towels went missing, which is disconcerting. The dining room was under staffed in the second day we were there and there were long queues for food, and not enough cutlery to service the breakfast period. The shop had opening hours - but actually only opened when they felt like it. Would go back to Marrakesh but not this hotel!

Frigo des chambres qui ne fonctionnent pas. Vue jardin = sur la route donc impossible de dormir Pas de chambres à l’arrivé malgré la réservation. Femmes de ménages bruyante des 7h le matin Une grande serviette pour deux. Vol dans l’hôtel. Personnels ne font rien pour vous aider. Directeur incompétent. Bref pour venir régulièrement à Marrakech, je vous déconseille fortement cet établissement

Hôtel bien situé, au calme, à côté d’un centre commercial. La première chambre qui nous a été attribué (coté club Paradisio) etait catastrophique (fuite WC, grosse fuite pommeau de douche, lit simple alors que payé pour un double, sommier taché, frigo HS, hygiène douteuse..) , mais lorsque j’ai fais ces remarques on m’a proposé une autre chambre bien mieux ! Très propre, tout fonctionnait rien à dire. Il y aurait quelques améliorations à apporter en mettant par exemple un miroir dans la chambre, des prises dans la salle de bain et vers les tables de nuit. L’hotel aurait besoin d’un petit rafraîchissement, certaines parties sont un peu délabré mais niveau rapport qualité prix c’est correct. Le repas du soir est très bon, varié. Bemol pour le petit déjeuner où les jus de fruits sont infectes… dommage de ne pas avoir un jus de fruit frais ! Gros coup de coeur pour les espaces piscine, propre, pleins de transat dispo et cadre agréable.

I had a wonderful week stay at this great hotel. The pool was perfect. Food was fabulous but most of all the staff who were always so kind . By far my favourite thing g was the hot mint tea with Rashid. I sat with him everyday and enjoy devious tea and good company. If you stay here please take the time to sit and enjoys his kindness and friendship.

Zalagh Kasbah was a beautiful hotel with an amazing pool view. Houria at the reception was very friendly and welcoming she give us the best customer service. I would definitely reccomend this hotel. Thankyou Houria for the best experience in Marrakesh.

The receptionist made this trip houria!! Honestly even gave us a lift to airport hospitalility was so good rooms were clean and breakfast wqs nice definitely reccomend to tourist!!! The cleaners were helpfull and the bed was massive best hotel
