Riad molto bello, pulito ed accogliente. Prenotando in anticipo abbiamo speso davvero poco rispetto alla media in cambio di un servizio eccellente. Consiglio di prenotare i tour tramite loro perché i prezzi sono molto competitivi rispetto a quelli che si trovano in centro. Posizione ottima: a soli 10 minuti a piedi dalla Medina. Colazione ricca e gustosa.

Un lieu mogique et une équipe au top! Excellent séjour, chambres confortables. Le Riad est très bien situé, à 2 pas de la médina. Le gérant et toute son équipe ont été aux petits soins..Bouba un homme exceptionnel que nous nous n'oublierons jamais 🥰, merci à tous pour votre accueil chaleureux et votre gentillesse. My partner and I stayed in this accommodation for a week, and had a superb stay. We had such a delightful stay at Riad Dar Palmyra, with an excellent host, staff, facilities and food. We arranged an airport transfer through the riad, which was easy to arrange and made for a stress free airport transfer that dropped us straight to the riad. We were greeted in person at the drop off point by the host who was stellar and gave us many helpful tips to get around Marrakesh, ideal for anyone who has never visited before. The rest of the staff were also very lovely and were always polite and made our stay as pleasant as possible, we cannot thank them enough. The rooms were also cleaned every day and were decorated in a traditional Moroccan style which really helped us feel immersed in the culture of Marrakesh. The pool was also a great place to relax and escape from the hot weather. The breakfast every morning was such a highlight and featured freshly made fruit juice and baked goods. The location of the riad was also ideal and it was only a short walk to the main Medina. We could not recommend this riad enough, especially for how affordable our stay was.

Nous avions réservé une chambre dans ce Riad en décembre pour un voyage en juillet 2022. (via **********) En avril, nous recevons un message du gérant nous disant qu'il a prit la liberté de nous changer de Riad, pour un autre à coté. Sans plus d'informations de leur part, à part quelques lignes et la promesse d'un dîner offert. Nous passons outre... Le 27 juin, soit à peine 2 semaines avant notre voyage, quelle fut ma surprise quand je reçois un mail d'********** m'informant que le gérant a annulé la réservation en MON NOM, disposant que c'est moi qui avait fait la demande d'annulation de notre réservation. Et je reçois un mail du gérant: "Bonjour, malheuresement vous devez annuler votre réservation." Sans une seule explication, sans un mot d'excuse, cela est tout bonnement inacceptable à deux semaines de notre voyage. Et bien sûr quand je demande des explications, aucune réponse de la part du gérant. Ce manque de professionnalisme est inadmissible quand on se prétend être un Riad de qualité. Si vous comptez passer des vacances reposantes sans problèmes, je vous conseil de fuir ce Riad.

Un séjour très agréable! Entrée du riad avec une belle piscine, indispensable après des visites sous 40 degrés! Une belle équipe qui vous accueille avec le sourire. Le gérant est très à l’écoute de ses clients. Il est de très bon conseil. Si vous avez besoin d’un nom de restaurant, d’une excursion sympathique et atypique. Si vous cherchez à faire du shopping. Si vous avez le plaisir de rencontrer Bouba! Il est aussi de merveilleux conseils surtout pour la négociation des prix à Marrakech 😊 Une superbe équipe. Un beau lieu très proche du centre de Marrakech. Je vous le recommande !!!! Clément et Laetitia
