How can you want to claim such a standard without respecting these customers?! We arrived one evening at 8 p.m. to spend a week in this hotel that we had reserved and paid for, but when we arrived there was no room available. The receptionist was as ungrateful as possible and hilarious about the situation. not even deigning to find us a room in another hotel, waiting tomorrow for a potential room to become available. We therefore had to pay for a room in another hotel which we were compensated after a big negotiation. The next day finally, we got our room but unsurprisingly our story of an unavailable room was repeated to different customers every evening of the week. I'll spare you the details of the wifi which doesn't catch at all, the breakfast which leaves something to be desired and the evening receptionist with glasses who is absolutely unprofessional. The rest of the staff were attentive, the housekeepers were brilliant and attentive to our needs.

In principle, I don't like to put bad comments, but here... let's say that I really have no choice because I want you, who read me, to be aware of the dishonesty of this establishment, Let me explain: When I arrived at the hotel, I was surprised to see that my suitcase was completely searched even though I had not yet even given my name to the operator. A security guard, without even saying hello or asking my permission, took my suitcase from my hands and told me he had to check if I had any food or drinks with me (apparently these are the strict rules of the hotel..). Quite surprising as an approach and above all unprofessional. After this first act was over, I collected the keys to my room, and upon arriving I immediately noticed that I was going to sleep in a single bed without a blanket or sheet, I'll let you imagine the scene.. So I went back downstairs to ask the receptionist to kindly prepare the room (without disturbing them too much of course), but apparently the maid was not available for more than an hour, even though I had just passed her in the corridor.. I tried to contact management but apparently these two people who run the hotel can never be reached, much to my regret. A great way to start my vacation in Marrakech! No need to give more details because from the comments I see that I am not the only one to have been fooled! This is why I regret not being able to recommend this hotel which seems to have major management and ethics problems. Eric (a client who will never be fooled again!)

My partner and I went to this hotel, and the least we can say is that the management likes to collect the amount of the stay from its customers even before their arrival. Fortunately the booking platform quickly helped us to recover all of our money because the hotel had canceled our reservation. There are many other places that are nicer, more welcoming, more professional, and of much better quality. After-sales service. A hotel that has potential since it is well located and has beautiful architecture for a three-star hotel. Unfortunately, owners must review their management method. I booked and on the confirmation it says Check in 1:30 p.m., arrived on April 11, 2023 at 2:20 p.m. the receptionist took the necessary documents and informed us that the room is not yet ready. We waited since it was high season, so we took a look around. We returned at 3:15 p.m. and to our great surprise we were asked to pay tourist taxes, knowing that on the reservation we paid with all taxes included. For 44 dirhams per I asked for nothing and I paid. Later we were asked to post the deposit. What really shocked me is that the gentleman at the reception is an amateur who speaks very badly to the customer, the deposit is higher than the price of the room, why when we are not presented the first time to do At Check in he didn't ask for all this and each time he brings something out. I asked to see the hotel rules he refused to show them to me, I asked to see a manager and he lied to say that he is not available and that we will have to wait for him. Luckily for me the manager came (a very helpful and welcoming person) to calm me down and explain the hotel rules to me. Except that I am not convinced of the 500 dirhams that must be deposited at the beginning. The next day at 8:30 a.m. we are at the restaurant for breakfast. So here's the big surprise, juices diluted with water without any taste, a very small quantity. Besides, we barely found a roll for everyone. Other customers couldn't find anything to eat and you have to wait a long time to drop off a small amount that can only serve 4 to 5 people at most. People were dissatisfied. While talking with a customer who booked from the same site as us, she told me that she did not pay the taxes since it is included in the price paid when booking (same site and same conditions) and she does not did not post the deposit. Advice to the owner, you have a beautiful hotel and you have to take care of your customers
