Magnificent Riad in the heart of the Medina, not so close to the bustle of people, which allows you to disconnect both in the room and on the way to it. The service is magnificent. We have been very well attended, they have helped us and recommended us, making us feel very comfortable. we repeat for sure

Nous avions commandé deux chambres doubles, nous nous sommes retrouvées dans une chambre avec 3 lits simples et une salle de bain minuscule ( toilettes où on peut même se brosser les dents dessus… ). Le petit-déjeuner est programmé à 8h30 mais il est seulement servi à 9h…( donc si vous avez prévu une activité avant cette heure-ci vous partirez le ventre vide ). Description mensongère sur le fait qu’il y a une piscine à l’extérieure mais c’est seulement un jacuzzi ( qui est sale…). Cela dit, le personnel est très agréable et les repas sont très bons. En conclusion, nous nous ne recommandons pas ce riad.

I had a reservation at this Riad in the start of February, however after calling up they mentioned they did not have my reservation, thus, I booked somewhere else. All was fine until returning home when I tried to get my refund - they said that we never turned up and had our reservation all along. COMPLETE SCAM, DID NOT GET MY MONEY BACK, BE CAREFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Très bon séjour passé au Riad plein sud. Merci à toute l’équipe de votre accueil chaleureux. Et merci à Luc, Bads et Ralid pour leurs pitreries. Tajin et couscous maison excellent réalisés par les cuisinières du riad. Service irréprochable et toujours au service de la clientèle. Bonne année et à bientôt.

Nous avons été tres bien accueilli à la riad avec un délicieux thé Le transfert à l'aéroport était parfait Khalil notre rayon de soleil et bienveillant toujours le sourire que ce soit le matin laprem et le soir toujours un mot gentil pour nous faire passer une exelente journée Mouna et halima les fées du logis d'une grande gentillesse Le Petit djeuner etait à tombé par terre c'était un régal Le riad est très jolie cocounigue on se sent bien .Le bassin était frais mais une petite baignade fesait un grand bien . La riad est bien située pour visiter Bad et Luc merci por votre accueil nous avons passé un exelent séjour nous avons hâte de revenir l'année prochaine Riad accueillant et chaleureux ne changé rien

Superbe petit Riad au sein de la Médina où nous avons prévu de retourner probablement avant la fin de l'année pour retrouver "nos amis Marocains", Badr, Mouna, Ralil .... (Avec nos excuses si les prénoms sont écorchés), Nous espérons à très bientôt sauf en cas de très fortes chaleurs que malheureusement je ne peux plus supporter. A bientôt les amis.

Abbiamo soggiornato 5 giorni in questo bellissimo riad tipicamente marocchino assaporando un'a**osfera magica grazie alla gentilezza del personale, la buonissima cucina che ci hanno fatto assaporare, la disponibilità per ogni richiesta e la bontà del loro tè alla menta, davvero speciale! All'arrivo ci è subito stato offerto il loro delizioso tè con dei pasticcini. La colazione del mattino è sempre stata molto abbondante e variegata con prodotti tipici della loro cucina davvero buonissimi. Inoltre, la piscina di fronte ai tavoli ha catturato davvero la nostra attenzione. Avevamo una camera tipica meravigliosa con un terrazzino privato in cui potersi rilassare in pace e tranquillità. Consigliamo assolutamente questo Riad perché ne vale davvero la pena!

Riad le Plein Sud is a very nice place to stay, clean, nice rooms, nice pool... but what make Riad le plein Sud a 5 stars Raid is the staff! Nothing is too much and always done with a smile and laugh. we had a great stay thanks to all of them. The manager and his team at the reception do a superb job. They arranged for us to visit the Atlas with the perfect tour guide and helped me sorting out my airport transfer that I messed up. Our 7 years old was part of the team, he loved it! I would not hesitate to recommend this place.
