Die Lage ist zwar im Zentrum, aber man hat kaum Parkmöglichkeiten für ein Auto. Die Rezeption und der Zimmerservice war in Ordnung und die Zimmer waren auch sauber, einzig die Toilette konnte nicht gut gespült werden, da der Wasserdruck zu gering war… Das war schon sehr unangenehm…

Wonder and shirt visit to Marrakech with the beautiful weather, we booked this hotel without looking at the reviews because we were in a rush… however when we arrived the placed was beyond our expectations especially by the smile from the friendly staff especially the great manager Mina, who was helpful, friendly and professional in all ways. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the location of the Riad is in the heart of Marrakech’s centre. We can not wait until we come back to meet the staff and Mina and enjoy another wonderful visit 🥰.

Wow! Huge lobby! Nice room. Comfy bed. Extra blankets. Short walk to square and Medina. Great front desk and assistant. No elevator, but was helped up stairs with luggage. Very positive experience. A little difficult to cross the streets at night. Lot of traffic.

Mustapha was really kind and helped me get my medicine as it was really far away. The rooms are really clean and the staff is nice. The breakfast is mid. Great location, you can get everywhere within 20 min walk

This is a beautiful Riad. The location is close to the main Mosque and Jamil el Fna beautiful square. The riad is cool with high ceilings and very spacious and comfortable rooms. Above all, the staff assisted guests carrying luggage and serving breakfast. The management and staff are very courteous, kind, friendly and very interested in their guests. They are the best of Morocco. I will surely love to return.

This hotel was exactly what I prioritized. Walking distance to major attractions, with a secure parking lot just a half block away. There was Moroccan flavor, with a multi-lingual staff. The water was hot, but the water pressure was low. There was heat in the bedroom, and clean towels. I was initially put off by the graffiti on buildings outside, incense smell in the lobby, and less than clean Riad common room. However, I never felt unsafe, coming and going, even at night. And the friendliness of the staff, along with the funkiness of the place caused it to grow on me. One problem was that there were only two power outlets, needed for lights. If I wanted to charge my phone or laptop, it got pretty dark. Stairs, no elevator, but someone always handy to help with luggage.

For a 5 star riad, I was really disappointed. Let's start from the fact that it DOES NOT have a swimming pool or even a terrace (which they say is "under renovation"; for Moroccan times this means that they will reopen it in 2025). The lighting is truly ridiculous, since it is a vintage Riad there are only lampshades. At least they could have put a couple of light bulbs on the ceiling in the rooms! You have to go to the bathroom in the dark and I'm not telling you to repack my suitcase, I was with the phone's flashlight! Ridiculous. The windows are partially covered by pieces of wood, perhaps for privacy reasons?? Bah. Breakfast was not very well supplied, with the birds lifting up the paper of the croissants and feeding on them; no water. No elevator. At least they do the daily cleaning. Be aware that taxis will NOT drop you off in front of the Riad because since it is inside the Medina you will have to walk for a while, even though it is a road that can be reached by car. We argued about it.
