Muy bien ubicado cerca de la Plaza, a solo un minuto andando. Habitaciones en buen estado aunque los baños pueden ser mejorados. Desayuno aceptable sin grandes pretensiones. Personal atento. Muy buena relación calidad precio. Recomendable.

No attitude. No clearness. Not healthy to sleep inside rooms . The only benefit of this hotel is its location not far from Fannà square. There are insects inside rooms. They can wash your clothes for money but only under sun . I had not seen that at any hotel before .

L’hôtel est vraiment très vétuste. Rien ne fonctionne, ni la climatisation, ni les tables de chevet ou la télé. Pas de savon, de serviettes, pommeau de douche cassé. Porte des toilettes qui ne laisse pas de place à l’intimité. Petit déjeuner minimal (un bout de pain et une boisson chaude). C’est très bruyant, la literie est de piètre qualité. Je devais payer 38€, ce qui déjà me semble extrêmement cher pour ce qui est proposé. Le réceptionniste nous a demandé de le payer en espèces ce que nous avons accepté et il a ensuite appliqué un taux de change à son avantage pour nous soutirer plus d’argent. C’était désagréable. Donc mis part l’emplacement absolument rien ne va.

If you're looking to be right in the action in the middle of Marrakech and don't want to pay a fortune, it's hard to go past this hotel. Stayed for 3 nights in an ensuite room and the room itself was hard to fault, it's not the Ritz but it was clean and comfortable. The rest of the hotel was clean and well maintained, no lifts though so probably not the best for families or people with mobility issues. Free breakfast on the roof terrace was a nice touch. Only loses a star as the rooms are quite poorly insulated from noise, found it hard to sleep when we could hear people walking around the hotel at night, as well as people on the roof terrace. Also could do with some more English speaking staff, check out was made quite difficult as a result.

Hôtel super bien placé, à deux de la place ! C est joli et propre. L accueil est chaleureux. Les petits déjeuners sont copieux sur une belle terrasse. Le personnel est à l écoute et très discret. Nous recommandons !!
