Accueil très chaleureux, un cadre ravissant, Melika Soufiane et Mohad sont juste adorables et prêts à nous aider pour tout. Le petit-déjeuner est délicieux c’est tout fait maison et les tajines sont excellentes. Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux. Merci infiniment.

Hôtel à bannir. Mauvais sur tout les points. Attention aux vols dans cet hôtel. Beaucoup de fourberie dans la location. Ne rembourse rien même après un problème médical. La nourriture n'a rien d'exceptionnelle et est toujours la même. La direction de cet hôtel ne met en avant que le profit au dépend de la clientèle. Je ne recommande pas.

J’ai réservé pour mes vacances pour des raisons de santé j’ai dû annuler, aucune possibilité d’arrangement de la part de cet établissement ils ont gardé la totalité de mon argent comme des voleurs la propriétaire avait accepté de rembourser par téléphone puis silence radio On voit la qualité d’un établissement à ce genre de problème ici fuyez ils sont humain et réactif pour vous proposer des taxis plus cher que le tarif de Marrakech et vous facturer leur restaurant vous aurez des réponses rapides Pour les vrais situation ou l’on attend un minimum de bienveillance qualité principale pour fidéliser sa clientèle il n’y a plus personne ils agissent comme des voleurs n’assume pas mentent et ne propose aucun arrangement. Riad très bien situé où nous avons passé une semaine. Très facile de rayonner pour découvrir Marrakech et ses environs. L’accueil est particulièrement chaleureux : Soufiane, Mourad et Malika ont été tout simplement efficaces et souriants, toujours aux petits soins. Petits déjeuners copieux et frais. Arrived here late at night and missed the front door initially so have provided a picture to help others find it - there's some scaffolding up at the minute, so easy to walk past when dark. Warmly welcomed by Soufiane and Mourad, the brothers who run this place who were very kind and welcoming and pointed out where to get dinner so late (we went to Naranj, a few minutes walk from the road, a bit pricey but delicious). Bedroom was lovely, but there is only a small curtain that separates the bedroom from the toilet - only small ****** was that it could be larger to give more privacy but it was a quirky feature. This is a really elegant stylish place, especially the interior courtyard, where we had dinner on our last night which was lovely. Breakfast was also delicious. They organised our 3am transfer for us which made everything run smoothly. Rooftop was also lovely, there is a jacuzzi and hammam, unfortunately we didn't have time to enjoy them but they looked great. Enjoyed staying here and would come back.

We spent six wonderful days at Riad Houma. The Riad is very well located and warm, the cuisine is delicious and to finish in style a welcome as if we were at home: thanks again to Malika, Soufiane and Mourad without forgetting Nadia the owner who took great care of us. There are 3 ingredients which make this riad stand out to us: a peaceful oasis inside the medina, with easy walking access to everything Marrakech has to offer; a huge, well supportive bed which is good for bad back, and, most of all, the genuine kindness and warmth from this family- run riad, who take a pride in their work, keep it spotlessly clean and pay attention to detail. We loved sitting in the hot tub under the stars and drinking English tea with milk! on the rooftop at sunset.
