I do not recommend the Staff of the Recuption He spoke very bad on the phone to our Coustmers just to find his location . I dont rember his name . You should look for someone know how to find solutions with Coustmers . Very disappointed. We ask for our money back

Die Fotos sind extrem geschönt. Alles in die Jahre gekommen. Dunkel - wirkte nicht sehr sauber - Decken auf dem Bett, Badeteppich, alt, wirkte unsauber. Tüchertrochnergestell an der Wand im Bad nicht benutzbar, weil es runterfällt, wenn man es benutzen will. WC wackelt. Sie wissen es, machen aber nichts. Die Decken auf den Liegestühlen, wirken unsauber, in die Jahre gekommen. Preis ist tief, aber auch das zuviel. Keine Umgangsformen. Immer wieder fremde Männer an der Réception. Die Organisation des Hotels undurchsichtig.Wer macht was? Ist das, was gesagt wird, wahr? 2 Nächte gebucht - nach einer Nacht abgereist - verstärkt durch Zwischenfall anderer Gäste in der Nacht. Niemand ist eingeschritten und will etwas gehört haben, obwohl das Haus extrem ringhörig ist. Mein Mann war Zeuge. Ich wurde nicht mal gefragt ob sie mir die schon bezahlte Nacht zurückerstatten dürfen aufgrund der Ereignisse. Zuerst wollte ich diese Bewertung nicht schreiben aber denke, es soll niemand mehr auf diese scönen Bilder reinfallen.

Nous avons passé une nuit à la villa. L'endroit est chaleureux, très belle chambre avec balcon, bonne literie et salle de bain aux couleurs locales. Petit-déjeuner très agréable sur le rooftop, un jacuzzi est aussi à disposition sur demande. Nous avons été tres bien accueillis pendant notre séjour par le sympathique Mohammed, toujours disponible et de très bon conseil. Le riad est proche du centre, les taxis nous y emmenaient pour 10 à 30 dirhams. Rapport qualité prix excellent, nous le conseillons fortement !

Nous avons réservé une chambre avec lit double et balcon pour 3 nuits, nous avons eu 1 chambre sans balcon et avec 2 petits lits, cette chambre située au rez-de-chaussée devant l accueil, donc réveillé tous les matins à 08h , Le hamman était soit disant en panne. La télévision aucune chaine disponible La cuisine se trouve au sous sol aucune hygiène Les peignoirs sont des kimonos de judo trop petit et veillot

Nous avons jamais vue un patron aussi horrible! Il crie sur ces serveurs devant tout les clients! Nous a manquer de respect car le serveur c tromper sur l’addition Alor le patron s’en n’est pris à nous nous a insulter de Sal* arabe de sal* marocain de mer** dégager d’ici de retourner en France etc il les carrément sorti du restaurant pour nous faire sortir de son parking. Le service était lamentable nous avons était servit 1h après avoir pris la commande nous avons trouvé des poils dans les salade.
