Riad charmant avec un personnel au top! Vraiment très calme et proche de la médina. Chaque matin le petit déjeuner est different et très bon avec des spécialités marocaines. Le gérant est sympathique et très serviable avec de bons conseils. Le rapport qualité prix est parfait !

Me and my wife stayed at this Riad for five nights and it was simply an excellent experience. Oussama tended to our every need and was so helpful with every part of our stay there. Hicham also was superb in all his services. They both even gave us lessons in Arabic to help us during our stay. I must also comment that the meals at the Riad are superb, in fact much better than any restaurant food we dined at. The breakfasts were full of tasty items and the balcony and pool were a joy to spend leisure time at. It really gave us a true Moroccan experience, which is what we desired. The Riad is very conveniently located within walking distance to stores, restaurants, and the major sights in Marrakech. Tours can be arranged by the Riad too. I highly recommend staying here for those visiting Marrakech and we can't wait to go back and stay there again on vacation. Michael and Silvia

Nous sommes très satisfaits de ce Riad ! Le voyage était pour mes parents, on m’a averti de leur arrivée, on a été bienveillant avec eux. Le monsieur qui était à leur service a été adorable, les menus excellents, nous recommandons !!

Nous avons été accueilli avec bienveillance par Brahim et Oussama le responsable. Le riad est très beau et calme. Le petit-déjeuner proposé le matin est très bon et copieux. Nous sommes restés plusieurs jours et les aliments proposés changeaient ce qui est agréable. La literie est confortable. Mention spéciale pour Brahim avec qui il est très agréable d'échanger! Toujours serviable et discret. Notre avion étant tard dans la nuit, le responsable nous a permis de patienter dans le patio et d'y laisser nos bagages jusqu'à notre départ. Nous recommandons ce riad.

Awesome place to stay, right in the kasbah and within walking distance of all the main attractions. But also so quiet and calm compared to the streets outside. Breakfast is great and so lush to have it on the rooftop in the sun, Ibrahim and the staff there were all so accommodating and made you feel so at home and couldn’t do enough for you. Thanks for a lovely stay

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming hotel and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience! Despite the hotel's age, it exudes a wonderful sense of authenticity that you just don't find in modern accommodations. The room and bathroom were not only spacious, but also beautifully decorated, making for a comfortable and relaxing stay. However, what really made our stay special was the exceptional service provided by Ibrahim. He truly went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and taken care of from start to finish. His warm and friendly demeanour made us feel like we were staying with an old friend rather than at a hotel. I cannot speak highly enough of Ibrahim and his dedication to ensuring his guests have the best possible experience. If you're considering a stay at this hotel, I highly recommend it - not just for the charming accommodations, but for the opportunity to meet such a wonderful person. It's worth noting that the riad doesn't have a signal at the gate, so be sure to arrange a meeting point with someone from the staff beforehand. Despite this minor inconvenience, the experience of staying at this hotel is well worth it. Thank you, Ibrahim, for making our stay so authentic!

We had such a great stay in this Riad. The owner and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. Our room was very comfortable and we will definitely come back to stay here again. If you are looking for a complete Marrakech experience we recommend staying in this riad. The location is quiet and still close to all the important attractions. And you will feel right at home with the nice people who run the Riad!

Du bon et du moins bon Situation sympa loin de la place environ 1.2kms mais c’est selon moi plutôt un avantage d’être dans un vrai quartier vivant avec ses petits restos… Un très bon accueil et un personnel vraiment adorable et à disposition… mention spéciale pour la cuisinière avec des supers petits déjeuners et un diner meilleur que de nombreux restaurants du coin. Par contre la chambre il y a du boulot des éléments qui tombent et l’électricité ça fait un peu peur les branchements aléatoires et la douche doit être changée car elle fuit de partout compliqué de se laver sans parler de régler la température compliqué avec les enfants. Des radiateurs mêmes pas branchés ni raccordés au moins celui de la salle de bain (en hiver 7/8C dehors le soir ou le matin) C’est vraiment dommage car il y a un vrai potentiel une belle terrasse, un petit bassin. Mais beaucoup d’amateurisme le riad a besoin d’entretien… C’est un peu sombre et un peu bruyant mais c’est le principe du riad donc pour nous pas gênant. Sympa mais peu faire bcp mieux

Nous devions séjourner dans ce Riad durant 4 jours du 6 au 9/08/22. La réservation avait été faite en Avril 2022 avec confirmation du Riad. Sauf que 4 jours avant notre arrivée, le gérant nous contacte pour nous dire qu’il ne pourrait finalement pas nous accueillir car il avait « signé » un autre contrat. On peut facilement imaginer que celui-ci avait eu une proposition de location plus intéressante et avait donc décidé de nous « planter » la sans remord puisque la seule réponse que j’ai réussi à avoir alors que je lui précisais que ca n’été pas correct a été de me dire « c’est mon Riad ». Donc malhonneteté, manque de fiabilité, blacklistez ce Riad si vous ne voulez pas prendre le risque de vous retrouver sans rien!!
