Riad Dar Aida

The riad was spectacular, the owner was very attentive, they made my room, they even folded my things 😅😅😅😅 The truth is, the Riad was very good. As a curiosity I had a twin…he was born on the same day, the same year and the same month as me!! Ahahah and he was one of the owners of the Riad

Very nice riad, clean, attention to detail. Staff present, friendly and discreet, do not try to sell you additional services, they simply inform you that they are at your disposal, if necessary, during check-in. Easy access by bus from the airport (30MAD) or the train station (4MAD), although the buses here (unlike in Rabat or Casablanca, for example) are in poor condition and uncomfortable. The stops are not always marked and the list of stops is only displayed in Arabic. The main centers of interest are accessible on foot in 10 minutes (Souks, Place Jama el Fna, Koutoubia mosque...) 45 minutes (Ménara, Gueliz, Majorelle Gardens). 24 hours a day, mineral water, tea, coffee, herbal teas, fruits, available at will. Moroccan breakfast (bread, variable pastries, beaten cheese, Gruyère creams, orange juice, tea/coffee/milk, fruit, served in the interior courtyard from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. At the end of my stay, due to an early departure (5:30), Mohammed, host of the riad from 4:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., brought me a hearty breakfast the day before around 10:00 p.m. to take away or eat on site before my departure. Moreover, I was able to make myself some tea. Nothing to complain about in the riad, on the other hand, customers traveling in groups can be disrespectful to other customers and spend hours talking to each other or on the phone in the interior courtyard, without worrying. the inconvenience that this may cause to other customers seeking peace and quiet in the evening, in particular...

We have spent some very pleasant days in Dar Aida. It has a lot of charm, it is neatly clean and the service is excellent. We liked that it was a little away from the most touristy places. However it is just a short walk to Jemma el Fna. And it is very close to some of the best historical monuments in Marrakech. Coming back from a somewhat stressful day in the souks, the coolness and calm upon entering the patio was a delight. You can also rest on the magnificent terrace and contemplate the enormous palm tree that overlooks the patio. We will repeat without a doubt.
