Llegamos a las 11 de la noche, por un vuelo retrasado, y nos dieron una habitación inferior a la que teníamos en la reserva, objetivo que al ser los últimos no habían más habitaciones. Al día siguiente, al quejarnos, nos dijeron que pagando 50 euros por noche, tendríamos la habitación reservada. Llamamos a la agencia, y al quejarse, nos dieron una suite, pagando la diferencia la agencia. Nos pareció que querían ganar dinero con nosotros. Por lo demás los empleados muy atentos, y los desayunos bastante buenos. No volveremos.

Une seule nuit et la dernière ! Riad bien placé mais désuet ,salle d eau minuscule,Clim qui fait un bruit d enfer et pour clôturer le tout on a eu droit à des travaux en pleine nuit ,j ai du appeler la réception à 1h du matin et bizarrement les bruits de marteau on cessés. Pas sérieux…

Equipa muito boa. Riad magnífico. Serviço perfeito. Simpatia. Facilitam én tudo . Pequeno almoço muito bom. Recomendo a todos os níveis. Localização, serviço, prestações. Se tiver que voltar a marraquexe voltaria a esse riad. Tive umas férias perfeitas graças a essa equipa não tive preocupações

My wife and two teenage daughters spent three great nights at the Riad Nesma. These were our last three nights after a ten-day trip around Morocco. We can't say enough good words about the staff, especially Abdel, who made us feel as if we were at home. He was the kindest person of all the people we met during our trip. For our last dinner, he covered the table with rose petals that he bought at a nearby market. The Riad was very and the rooms were comfortable for Riad standards. Bathroom was clean and shower worked very well. Towels were on the older side and should be replaced.

Un ryad ideal para visitar Marrakech. Céntrico pero alejado del bullicio. Los trabajadores amabilísimos y muy atentos. La habitación muy cómoda. Cuarto de baño completo. Limpieza diaria. Tiene piscina en la terraza que es espectacular. Desayuno muy completo. Totalmente recomendable.

Riad trasformato in un hotel di fascia medio alta. Ambienti comuni curatissimi nei dettagli e molto pulito. Stanze ampie e ben arredate. Il thè di benvenuto e la colazione vengono serviti nella terrazza (colazione ottima). Posizione ottima e centrale: facile da raggiungere e a pochi minuti a piedi dalla piazza. Ragazzi dello staff molto disponibili

We stayed one night here and was very good. Nice pool, the jacuzzi wasn't working though.

Visited the hammam last year & asked if we could view the riad as we were planning a 2024 visit. Just returned from a week long visit & I would definitely recommend staying here. All the staff are very professional, helpful & friendly & go out of their way to help. Room was surprisingly big, comfortable beds, clean etc. I have stayed at hotels & riads over the years I have visited, but this is one riad where I'd definitely return (rooftop pool is great & unusually quiet, away from the noise of the medina). My only complaint is the breakfast, everything is yellow...eggs, cake, pancakes, melon, bread, juice. We ate breakfast out 3 days as typical morrocan breakfasts tend to be quite stodgy & we wanted something healthier. Location is also great!
