Not a true 5 star. More like a 3 star. Property is quite run down and needs updating. Food was good but repetitive. Most of the staff spoke limited English. The all inclusive drinks selection is very limited, the drinks at the bar are chargeable.

Avis personnel Client régulier , de l’hôtel El olivar Marrakech Prestations générales correcte , Service chambre accueil animation , spectacles , mais une baisse dans la qualité des matières premières café entre autre du petit déjeuner , machine à café du bar Aman disparue et remplacer par une pour particulier donc non professionnelle , restauration identique choix et qualité en forte baisse , jus d’orange frais entre 9h30 et 10H30 LIMITÉE dans le temps par économie ? . Reprendre la direction ascendante est nécessaire.

Le pire hôtel de Marrakech il ne vaut pas 5 étoiles mais à peine 2. Personnel pas très aimable, le all inclusive n'est pas dans tout l'hôtel et de plus pour les boissons vous êtes servis au verre. Si vous voulez une bouteille d'eau gazeuse il faut payer ! La propreté laisse à désirer, le Wi-Fi coupe sans cesse, la télé n'a que 5 chaînes avec une mauvaise qualité. Enfin le buffet est digne d'une cantine municipale et encore.... Bref c'est loin d'être un palace à éviter et fuir

DON'T STAY AT THIS HOTEL. This place is awful rude staff, food absolutely disgusting and non edible overcooked taste less food.. Apparently it's all inclusive but had no beer, awful wine and just like faulty towers, We got a glass of red wine to be told that the only bottle they had has gone to the restaurant. They kept saying it's Ramadan. Do not go by the reviews, like i did as they are clearly MADE UP. Birds inside eating the bread, flies. We got charged £600 on arrival for all inclusive as we booked B & B by mistake and honestly we went to lunch within an hour of being there and I knew then I wouldn't stay there for a week and dinner, it was awful. We left the following morning and we asked for a full refund as there was NO WAY i was staying here for a week the place is a 3 star if that. the spa was awful it was like a derelict building. The only good thing about this hotel was the suite they upgraded us to. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. GO TO THE RIU TIKIDA GARDEN where we moved to from El Olivar and soooo glad we did it was amazing compared to here.
