Whether it is the immensely convenient location, the incredibly quiet rooms, the elegant interior design, the stunning terrace views, or the beautiful breakfasts that change daily, there is much to really love about Riad des Hirondelles. But what lifts this delightful boutique hotel from great to exceptional is its extraordinary people. Marie (the owner), Abtou (the manager), Mohsin (the night manager) and all the staff are as warm as they are delightful, all of them going out of their way at to make our trip a truly memorable one. They have true hospitality in their blood - and my does it show. Outstanding.

Maravilloso Riad (cuidada decoración, bonito y cómodo). Habitación confortable, con encanto y sin ruido: se duerme bien. Buena localización : situado a lado de la Madrasa. El personal muy amable y atento. Hemos pasado una estancia muy agradable. Lo único malo es que no se puede llegar en coche, por lo que o vas tirando de las maletas unos 500 metros o pides un tuk tuk para que te las lleve.

Wonderful riad in a great location, perfect walking distance to many main attractions within the medina. Staff went above and beyond to help us during our stay. Would highly recommend. A special mention to Mohssine for being so accommodating and making us feel so welcomed and looked after the whole time👌

We spent in the Riad 2 nights of our stay in Marrakech. The Riad is beautiful and the structure is well kept and looked after. The on site staff is welcoming and nice. Breakfast was beautiful and served in a lovely way. Unfortunately the 1st morning we woke up there was no water (not hot nor cold). I appreciate the staff said this was a problem affecting the entire city (which I don't know if it is true as in other places we went to visit there was) however it was extremely disappointing to see the riad had no plan B. For more than £140 per night I would expect to be able to at least brush our teeth and have a shower. I work in the hospitality industry as well, and if your guests cannot sleep or shower you should for the night being this the bare minimum. We managed to have a shower only after 2 nights in Marrakech which was a major inconvenience and yet the water was not clear. Cleanliness was disappointing regarding the table cloth, water glasses and cuttlery during our dinner and the glass bottle in the room could not be used as there were rusty signs on the internal part of the bottle cap. Unfortunately no sort of compensation for the major inconvenience experienced was offered.

Ein sehr herzlich warmer Empfang durch Inhaberin und das Team, sehr geschmackvolle Zimmer, ein tolles Frühstück (leichte Abwechslung zwischen den Tagen) und eine super Lage unweit der Medersa Ben Youssef. Insgesamt somit ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und sehr zu empfehlen. Die Zimmer in der oberen Etage sind unter Umständen noch heller als die unteren beiden die wir hatten

We spent two nights at Road Hirondelles and it was a really special experience. Despite it being 33 degrees in Marrakech, the riad was a cool, tranquil oasis, in a perfect location for exploring the souks. Abdou and his team were incredibly welcoming, helpful and friendly. They made our stay extra special! Breakfast each morning was delicious and we enjoyed spending time in the roof terrace reading, using the plunge pool and relaxing. We would recommend the riad to anyone looking for a romantic, authentic and peaceful trip to Marrakech. Thank you Abdou and team for your amazing hospitality!

Questo Riad super centrale, molto comodo per la sua posizione ed è un vero angolo di paradiso. La colazione ottima, il cortile e la terrazza sono curatissimi e bellissimi. Pulito e accogliente. Attenzione al cliente e tutti super molto gentili!! Sopratutto Abdul.

Des fêtes de Noel idéales en famille. Le riad est très bien situé, parfait pour se promener dans la medina. L'équipe est incroyable et fait tout pour rendre le séjour agréable Abdou,Mouhssine, Samira merci encore pour vos sourires et votre bienveillance. Nous étions en demi pension c'est une formule à conseiller car samira est une super cuisinière. Bref un super noel en famille avec une fabuleuse équipe ! Un petit mot et non des moindre pour Marie qui a fait de notre séjour un moment magique ! Nous reviendrons avec immense plaisir
