The apartment was spacious and comfortable. Food was good and there were gluten free and diary free options in all the restaurants. We liked Moroccan restaurant and Achraf, who is very kind and friendly. The garden and the pool are great, although we didn’t have enough time to stay there. All the staff were very friendly.

Nous avons passé un magnifique voyage à Marrakech Dans ce Palace la suite était magnifique la vue et surtout le personnel était très attentifs à notre écoute et bien n'être. Les repas service aux maximum et la propreté de tous le personnel des chambres des lieux Les repas service petit déjeuner,déjeuner servis par des professionnels. Un chef de rend Monsieur Nabil et pour finir le joyaux les piscines tenue aussi par un monsieur Karim et tous bien sûr.

Service piscine NUL ! Transats réservés toute la journée et personne n’y va … réponse du personnel: C’est réservé pour la copine du direct de l’hôtel si elle veut y venir ! La blague !!! Du jamais vu ! De plus le personnel de piscine outre le fait qu’ils sont moyennement agréable avec les clients se permet d’être AGRESSIF et violent avec les enfants, hôtel à éviter en famille ! Je pense que dans un hôtel d’une destination “soleil” le service piscine est primordial et là il n’est absolument pas professionnel. Dommage les ksars sont sympas en famille mais les serveurs de la piscine et ces transats bloqués gâche toute l’expérience qu’on serait en droit d’espérer vue le prix de la nuitée. Bref n’a de palace que le nom

Le Saadi palace est un have de paix ou je réside à chaque séjour sans jamais chercher ailleurs . Parce que vous êtes immergé dans les jardins au bord de piscine , parce que les chambres sont spacieuses, parce que le personnel est très agréable et soucieux de votre confort , parce que cet hôtel dirigé par une famille historique fait tout pour vous sentir comme à la maison . Vous êtes à proximité de tout en ville et au calme absolu . Merveilleux .

Toujours aussi génial ! C’était notre 2 eme séjour au palace . Et certainement pas notre dernier ! Nous étions dans un Ksar . Idéal pour une famille de 4 personnes . Service haut de gamme ! Au top ! Le moins sympa c’etait de devoir partir … à l’an prochain ! Inchalla !!!

Très bien. j'ai été surclassé dans une magnifique suite avec 2 terrasses, l'une d'une superficie je pense de plus d'une centaine de M2 donnant sur les jardins, au sud, l'autre donnant sur le nord. Suite très agréable sauf l'absence de climatisation dans la chambre qui obligeait de laisser la porte donnant sur l'entrée ouverte. Piscine un peu fraiche, magnifique, restauration correcte. Personnel agréable, rien à redire. Nuit de fin de semaine bruyante en raison de la proximité du ****** adjacent. très bon emplacement.
