From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly attentive to all our needs. They took the time to understand what we had scheduled for the upcoming days so that they could provide assistance in getting us to the locations, calling to confirm meeting points, etc. Everytime we returned to the Riad, we were greeted at the door, asked about our day and offered a drink that would be delivered to the room (with snacks). A cell phone pre-programmed with their contact info was provided just in case we got lost. They were proactive about every detail and made our stay very enjoyable.

I couldn´t find a better place to celebrate my wife´s 50th birthday vacation. The staff and their service was amazing, we felt very taken care of. The Riad was very beautiful and the location was perfect. We will definitely be back soon. Love to all the staff.

This riad was superb ! I loved everything about it. Its quaintness , privacy and uniqueness was so charming. The staff was incredible ! So kind, pleasant , helpful and personalized ! The restaurant I rate a 5! Every single thing on the menu was fabulous The rooftop was my happy place. Beautiful! Had an incredible spa day Professional , and wonderful. Prices were good as well. I would return to Marakesh , just to go to this riad and relax. I’d never have to leave. Thank you for an incredible stay!!!

This is a special experience. The staff are exceptional in their service and care. We felt reassured throughout. The breakfast individually served is delicious and perfectly judged. If you want a hotel with gym and TV then this isn’t for you but if you want attention to detail and every effort to made for you to be happy in Marrakesh then you will be delighted. For me this is one to return to which says it all really!

The most attentive and welcoming team at RK. They would do anything and were one step ahead always. Being given a phone to use whilst out and about is fantastic and they're always on hand to assist. The Riad is beautiful, peaceful and always clean. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

We went to Marrakech with a group tour who had the entire Riad Kheirridine. I can’t express how wonderful they made this experience!! Excellent staff, excellent food , so accommodating and the place is immaculate!

Thank you for the opportunity to stay at this wonderful Riad!! The entire hotel was amazing!! Absolutely beautiful with a staff that was above and beyond!! The food was delicious!! Our room was very beautiful with a courtyard view. Loved sitting up by the pool area enjoying the beautiful surroundings!! The best in Marrakech by far!!

Stellar place to BE….WOW!!!! Beyond excellency and Luxury place to stay in Marrakech. From whole operational amazing ,professional, friendly,helpful, caring ,staff ……The way the staff receives your arrival is humanizing and loving in every sense of the word being on vacation, away from home , YOU FEEL RIGHT AT HOME . So much more offers from this Riad …..it’s extraordinary dining experience and service as the food the chefs prepares and serves is super delicious,(yummmy)…. Zen spa , Fun bar relaxing space , The best rooftop sunset ever , plus the refreshing pools . Every nukes and crannies of this oasis is magical , nourishing , safe, cozy , comfy and nurturing. LOVE LOVE THIS PLACE ❤️
